“My wife and I have been coming to this place for years. Everyone is awesome! Sometimes we find something that we buy, other times we don't. But, everytime we go, we get to see antique items and the people are always kind. I especially like the guy who greets at the front, and the knife guy. The knives are the best. We have bought a computer from the computer guy, and, he even did some requested upgrades. My computer is still running and it's been 5 years or longer. The only warning I have is, if you buy a knife, keep the bandaid that comes with it. Those knives are sharp.

“What a fabulous little shop, with so many lovely and unique items for your home, and/or for gifts. Stunning collection of items to choose from!I'd easily give this place five stars, except for the fact not one employee ever so much as spoke a word to us as we entered, perused, and eventually left the store after a good 20-30 minutes minutes inside.Ah well, everyone has a bad day now and again.”

“Prices are great but because this is a discount store you have to check your items for flaws//damage. Customer service is great when you enter the store, They typically greet you as you enter. Employees are polite at the registers. Dressing room staff can be a little intense but for the most part are polite. I've never had a bad experience. There is no customer service throughout the rest of the store. If you have a large item you have to move it yourself and the carts are too small to move large items. The stores are usually full of merchandise and messy which can make shopping difficult but it is like this at every Ross I have shopped at in every town and state on the western part of the U.S.. I genuinely enjoy shopping at Ross for the value of the name brand products they sell.”
“Looking for dozen Long steam black Rose's was at Walmart on overland and they sold out I called Joann fabrics on Milwaukee St in bosie Idaho and all they had was 2 Long steam black Rose's left I said hold them for me I'm on my way I have to catch 2 buses probably be a hour or hour and half before I get there that my girlfriend is at work and she only likes black Rose's I was wanting to get them and go to her Job and propose to her on one knee I'm definitely onmy way please hold them for me they said No problem they will be upfront for me I'm on the bus headed there now so that's great they holding them till I get there thank you JOANN FABRICS”

“Not sure why there are so many negative reviews for Boise West Elm. We have had nothing but great experiences every time we shop here. Even a couple weeks ago, they took time out of a busy weekend to look for an item in the store and put on hold for us to pick up.”
“Met Owen the trainee on day two of his job today. He went out of his way to help me find the proper size pine nuggets and then help me load one giant cart with 20 bags and then loaded another 10 bags and met me in parking lot. Great friendly service. Nice job. People like Owen are the reason I go to Lowe’s.”
