I bought this printer a few years ago. It only worked the first year. I then had to buy into a program to pay for the inst.ink to get it to work, it still didn't work. I worked with the company several times I paid for the program they messed around and messed around. And now that I've called back. Of course, it's out of warranty. Customer service was unable to help me. They put me on hold. They wanted access to my computer. And then they told me I was gonna have to pay for things to upgrade the computer. Absolutely The worst experience ever do not buy HP home printer. Today when I wanted to file a complaint the rep said she was placing me on hold dead air for 3 when to 4 minutes. I finally said you arent transferring me are you she stuttered and said I will. I just said the company was a!&#&=÷ and hung up. I was so frustrated. UGH!

I enrolled in their instant ink program where they advertise you can cancel or pause the program anytime. What they don't tell you is that if you cancel the subscription, they high jack your printer and you can't use it again until you buy ink to replace the ink from instant ink program. I paid $6.95 for a year with the program and never got ink because I rarely print, anymore. So, I canceled the subscription. Now, I can't print!! Bad biz practices and I will now NEVER use HP products again. HP, ya lost a customer because of your poor choices to hold hostage a printer!

I've had a few interactions with this HP call centre in Boise, Idaho and they never contact me back, they don't reply back to emails, they don't call back as they promise to do. Very disappointed in the unprofessional, lazy, dishonest, and unethical conduct from these HP employees.
