They have a nice selection and fair prices. I want to give a huge shoutout to Mia! Mia helped me two separate times and has been awesome and so helpful, she helped me personalize my fiancé’s wedding band and get my engagement ring and wedding band soldered together. Highly recommend checking Helzberg out.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience! Brenda and Mia helped me find the PERFECT ring after being completely devastated my current ring went missing. They were patient, kind, helpful, professional and made sure that I got everything I wanted and more by customizing and making sure everything was perfect! They are amazing and I loved working with them and wouldn’t work with anyone else! I’m so grateful to have met them they are the best!!

This team is absolutely amazing. We worked with Kate who just immediately walked up and welcomed all of us, including the FOUR kids with us. She helped with our wish lists and was so attentive! I honestly cannot say enough about her, the manager Brenda, and the rest of the team. Every worker in there is friendly and attentive. Thank you, everyone! You are the BEST! I won't be going to anyone else!!

The folks here are fantastic. I have been coming to them since I met my (now) wife. The selection is beautiful and the quality is fantastic. I wish they had a greater watch selection for me, but they always have me covered when shopping for my wife.

Most of my pieces are from Helzberg. Staff has always been great and friendly. Any complications with my rings and necklaces they get to fixing it. Happy I added my warranty which has saved me a few times. If you're looking for a special piece of jewelry, Helzbeg is a great place to get it.

The staff here is fantastic!We went in looking for wedding bands and the awesome Gabriela helped us. She was patient while we looked at many of the rings multiple times. She helped us decide which ones were best and never pressured us into pricier rings.When it came time to pay not only she, but literally everyone else working helped us figure out the payment options which was good because it was different from what we were going to do when we first went in but it worked out great. Thanks to everyone there, including Don, who helped get the rings sized quickly and back to us before our wedding. Truly a great store with some of the best options for jewelry

Don’t waste your time or money here. They can’t pay enough attention to hand the right size ring over and than tell you a price that wasn’t accurate for that ring. Than when there’s doubts that the right ring actually got ordered after all the mishaps and confusion on their end in the store they don’t care. Jessica is just plain rude. Take your money and your time to a jewelry store that will treat their customers right.
