If your car has been damaged, don't take it anywhere else. These guys are legit. After my Camry got smashed up in a hit-and-run, I brought it to Harold's and it looked like nothing ever happened once they were done. They were able to see me quickly for an estimate and after insurance approved repairs, the work was completed quicker than I thought it would be. The quality of the repair work is also second to none. These guys take their work seriously and don't cut corners. Scott was also incredibly patient with the hundreds of questions I had for him over the course of the repairs and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I could not recommend them more highly.

Awesome job done by Mike and team! Brought my car in on a Tuesday and it was ready for pickup Thursday evening. Mike did a great job explaining the process to me since it was my first time taking my car in for repair. Great experience overall!

I've known these guys literally for YEARS. Mark and Mike are stellar! I recently took my new truck in after it received damage from the brush equipment in a new local carwash in Meridian who flatly denied their equipment did it, so I was on my own. These guys buffed the scratches out and you can't tell there were ever scratches on it. And the charge to do so was extremely reasonable! I dealt with this business back in the day when Harold actually owned and operated it, and now Mark owns it and it is even BETTER! They are the busiest body shop in the valley for a reason, so be patient and you will get the best repair available anywhere because they're the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Customers should know that their car(s) are being parked on neighborhood corners. Harold’s obviously doesn’t care about those living in the neighborhood or the safety of bicyclist, pedestrians AND children. Nor do they really care for your car. Know that if your car is ticketed YOU- the customer- are responsible, not Harold’s.

If you are near Boise DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE! I took my car here for repairs and the job went south because my car had non standard parts but they figured it all out and it only went over by 2 days for them to get the new parts. They were very communitive and open and they ended up charging me HALF of the original quote because the part was less money. They are like family, Hell! can't believe I am about to leave this review since my whole family went here over the years....but the customer service from Scott Reynolds (New guy) and the work done on my car has been a nightmare. After 10 months of him putting my car off and changing dates when he could actually get it in...he finally decided to work on my car...No apologies....6 months in he tells me "go somewhere else bro" when he promised he was going to get it in in 3 months...I waited cause I had no choice at that point..long story short the dent he was suppose to fix is visible at different angles....he also replaced my door....But he didn't cut the trim right....and did not give enough time for the glue to dry...thus leaving a huge gap between the rubber and the door frame...this will eventually cause water damage.... Before I ever seen the repaired car.... Scott called me up and said that he wouldn't have the warranty paper work ready when I was coming to pick up the car.....Red flag from this unskilled clown
