“I am a long-time customer of Woodcraft Boise and have always been pleased with the service I have received from them. My latest experience is no exception. I needed a sheet of 1/4" white oak plywood with a solid core and good both sides. The store did not have it in stock, but the young man who helped me contacted a supplier, made sure it was what I wanted, and ordered it for me. They also cut it into pieces (for a small milling fee) so I could carry it in my car. I am extremely happy with the service and the wood. It is exactly what I needed.”
“I love ace hardware. So it's hard to improve on something you already like. So that being said I came into the store and was greeted like we would have back when ace first started. It was a little southern blonde lady. I did my shopping with help that she provided and have to say she took customer service to a level not seen in today's youth. If you haven't given her a raise your missing out on rewarding a very dedicated and nice employee. Thank you Teresa for your help and kindness. I hope your efforts don't fall on blind eyes.”

“I have a wheelchair van that has a ramp and there’s a bracket that pulls the chain to lift the ramp that has three screws, one of them is broken off, one of them is completely missing, and the last one looked like it was barely holding on for dear life.I looked up on the Internet to find a place near me that has screws and lo and behold I found Tacoma screws.When I went inside, I found a gentleman name Dan.Dan instantly was willing to help me. He knew exactly what I needed. He checked to make sure that the screw would fit because I had none to bring in the show him up. I am extremely grateful for him and all his help, now I have 10 extra screws just in case and I need to get this completely fixed .”

“I have to give some huge kudos to the folks who work in this store especially in the paint Dept. We are having to get our house ready to go on the market on 8/5. I needed interior paint (25 gallons). The store in Nampa only had 7 gallons of what I needed so I called these folks and they took GREAT care of me. They were kind enough to pull the base color and have everything ready to go when I got there so all that needed to be done was to mix and pay. Tom and Theresa especially were awesome. Even when 3 out of the 5 refused to open they kept going until they managed to get it done. I would also like to say "Thank you" to Joe for loading my car.”
