So glad I went here, very helpful! He was able to figure out the problem with my laptop and rather than making me wait for a new charger to be ordered, he let me take the one being used in store. I am very grateful and happy with the customer service. Very knowledgeable, I would definitely recommend and will likely come back!

I came to Hardcore Computers LLC with a problematic repair involving a motherboard swap on a hardline water-cooled system built by a third party. David gave me some part recommendations and said I could bring it in after ordering the parts online. I called him a couple of times during the ordering process to ensure I was getting the right parts, and he was helpful and informative throughout the process.
The repair itself is clean, and my computer is working great again! The only downside was that Hardcore Computers will only do PC repairs on Saturdays as of the time I am writing this. For me, this was not an issue. However, if many people need repairs on the same weekend, you may need to wait a week to get your PC back from their shop.
They are great guys and do honest work- David even bought some of my old functioning parts from me to lower the total repair price. If you need a new gaming PC or repairs on your current one, no more qualified shop exists in the greater Boise area.

I purchased a Tower from there a couple months ago and I wanted to upgrade the CPU, took it in with the CPU I wanted and they where able to do it for me being under warranty it was no charge. Super happy with how the PC is running now they did a great job ?

I had several different problems arrise with a system I had built. I took my pc here to get it looked at the first time, and the service was quick, accurate, and affordable. Each of my issues was fixed quickly and affordably here.
(Further information: my issues were, in order, a bad power supply, a short in the motherboard, and bad ram. Each of these issues were outside my ability to confirm on my own.)

The crew here were helpful and patient with us. We needed to get a whole new system and setup and they were able to put everything together that we could need and explained everything as well.
Another bonus was not the little nickel and dime add ons that add up to outrageous.
We got a great deal and a Christmas discount on a monitor and keyboard!
