I can't believe I would ever say this but I'm from Portland and this is the worst Goodwill I've ever been to. Shelves are completely overstocked to the point you have to move breakables around constantly to see what is under them which is a safety hazard. Also to mention the countless broken glass pieces I came across, one mug had a hole through the bottom. They have a dozen employees working but the store is messy and cluttered. Nothing ever goes on sale. Not selling things that are obviously in a set as a set but individually priced. Selling Dollar Tree items for $2. All around bad business model.

Friendly employees and the clothes seemed to be organized as good as they could. Tucker is an MVP employee who was helpful with fashion decisions. 10/10 experience.

This place gets worse with every rearrangement. Now they have a small fraction of CDs and DVDs compared to what they used to have. On top of that the people at checkout have no idea what they're doing and try to charge you extra.

I used to LOVE this location! the staff was always friendly and helpful and the prices were fair if a tiny bit pricy, which I *was* willing to pay because they were generous with coupons and sales! However, this location is garbage now. Everything is overpriced junk now. No more weekly color sales. Pricing between men's and women's clothing is super inconsistent. Decor is priced at antique shop levels, not thrift store levels. I should not need to pay $8 for a small resin cast figure, $15 for a donated wicker basket, or TWENTY DOLLARS for a single USED cotton bath towel that was donated in the hopes that someone less fortunate could buy them for a reasonable amount. 100% cotton bath towels at walmart right next door are $4 each. It's absolutely ridiculous at this point, and I would discourage people from shopping here in the future. I definitely won't be going back. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the employees are still friendly and helpful.

Expensive prices for junk. Gross and dirty all over, goodwill everywhere has turned into nothing but greed and way way way over priced items.

Don't ask anyone to come help check out even if there is a huge line. They are so rude and disrespectful! I will never sho goodwill again. Thanks for being so rude and unprofessional!

One of the most disorganized, chaotic Goodwill stores I've ever been in. Clothing was packed and shoved into the racks so tightly, it was difficult to even look at things. There were size tags, but stuff had clearly just been thrown back on the racks wherever it could fit. The craziest part is that they don't have a single changing room - just mirrors scattered around where you can guesstimate if something will fit. I was informed by a store employee that you can return something within seven days for in-store credit (not your money back). No thanks.

Couldn't try on clothes due to them closing the fitting rooms permanently. So I changed my mind and ended up by putting the clothes back on the rack and shop elsewhere.
Edit : Thank you for the quick response. I figured that it was due to the illegal activities and theft, sorry that happened to your Franchise.

A female cashier from this store was being belligerent to some older customers at the register . She claimed to be the manager but not sure she was. Told them to leave the store and would not check them out. The store was busy but why would you treat a customer so disrespectful ?

Lacking in the mail section for clothes and shoes. They need to up there standards on shoes. The shoes that I bought messed up my lower back in the same day I bought them. I will not be coming back. And I've said it before and I'll say it again. You're a thrift store lower your prices. Quite screwing over your customers. Especially when you sell garbage product.
