I’ve been going here a while now, the vibe I get from the workers is terrible. The vibes between the workers is terrible, the cashiers I’ve dealt with are either angry or passive aggressive, it’s honestly wild to me.I didn’t wanna write a review because they have great stuff, but I’m kinda sick of it. The only person that has been nice to me is the newest guy cashier. I hope eventually this place can get some nice workers, the older lady with grey hair has been so rude/mad, the woman with the brown curly hair is super passive aggressive, the lady that stocks stuff (straight mid length brown hair) stomps around pissed off putting stuff away, it’s just bad vibes all over. New manger guy folded quick, I feel bad for him. I’ve been in the service business for 15-20 years, I’ve been a manager every place I’ve worked, it astounds me that this is how a place is run.

FYI: Fitting rooms are permanently closed. Wish I knew that before driving here, but useful for others to know. Not really worth my time to look through all the clothing/dresses if I can’t try it on… Also difficult to actually find much worth buying here, I’m thinking the other reviews are correct in that all actual gems are pre-sorted out.
Edited to add: Goodwill solves their closed/lack of try-on rooms with allowing returns within 30 days - HOWEVER, you can only return items for store credit, not for a refund. Cashier did not tell me that last caveat.

Don’t even try bringing furniture here to donate after 4 pm. The guys don’t want to have to do any work so they just say the furniture being donated isn’t “high enough quality” and they won’t take it… this is Goodwill. Two electric recliners with no tears or stains that still are in great working condition and I guess they aren’t up to the Goodwill standard? You’re better off just going to Idaho Youth Ranch if you’re trying to unload some furniture to people in need (hence the “goodwill” name). I know the bar is low here, but Jesus.

Unfortunately they got rid of their fitting rooms and won’t do refunds (store credit only) so it’s no longer a reliable option for clothing.

A place to drop off donations. They have a drive-through, drop-off area with someone to help.

I was charged $1 for a tiny my little pony figure an inch tall it didn’t have a tag and the cashier scanned a random barecode, Ik that’s not very much but they get stuff for free and sell it for too much. Please lower the prices of stuff, I’ve found things the same pride as it brand new from a store. And all the good stuff is put online and sold for a a lot

This used to be good, but lately I have seen this a lot. Just because it is new, doesn’t mean you get to sell it for that.

No point going to a thrift store where you can't try things on. Not issuing refunds for returns (store credit only) just adds insult to injury. Guess I won't be shopping at this Goodwill anymore.

Customer service is everything, Erica or whatever her name is was very rude at this location, I won’t be back. I am so tired of people being disrespectful to paying customers, she ruined my whole day.

Anything worth buying is sorted out by employees and sold at online auction. Everything in the store is cheap mall brand items that you can find for half the price on eBay.

Somewhat organized, good prices on many items, some a bit overpriced. No collectibles area unfortunately.

I worked here for a little less than a month. Worst management I’ve ever had and coworkers who mistreat others, management has poor leadership skills and prefers seniority over business practice and work ethic. Myself and 2 others quit because no changes were made while multiple formal and informal complaints were made.
