I really like the General Nutrition Center/ GNC brand Whey Protein Powder. I get the variety that doesn't cause me to gain or lose weight. I want my weight to stay "Normal", right where it is. I like being neither fat nor skinny. I like ♥️ being me, Scott alias Dot.Miguel offered 5 Star ⭐??✨✨ Customer Service! He offered me some Upgrades, but was totally cool ? with the fact that I only wanted One Medium Container of GNC Pro Performance ? %. Whey High - Quality, Gluten - Free Peanut ? Butter Flavored Protein Powder.I would have purchased a Coke Zero ?, but I didn't see any, so I'm only giving GNC 07193 4 Starts. I came this morning at 11:45 to get some protein and they weren’t open, even though they are supposed to open at 11. There were no signs or anything explaining why.

Brady Greer, who I’m assuming is the manager of this store, is someone that shouldn’t be in charge. Thinks that yelling at people is the only way to get his way. Likes to berate people and call them names when things don’t work his way. Please, take your business elsewhere to a place that has decent respect for people.

Bearded guy behind was extremely rude and did not seem to care to be there. It is a shame because I frequent other GNC stores. They've lost a customer.

Apparently the manage thinks it's ok to be abusive towards delivery drivers. I was there to pick up an order for delivery. I was told to pick up 2 packages. They had three. I am not supposed to take things not assigned to me. The manager came out and demanded that I take it and call support. I am on a time crunch and am penalized if things are delivered late. I told him I couldn't do that. He proceeded to talk down to me and tell me that I was required to do it. I told him he wasn't my boss. That's when he said to me f*** you get out of my store. I said excuse me I'm not supposed to take packages that aren't assigned to me. That's when he said "get out of my store you lazy piece of s***** I was just a delivery driver trying to do my job and did not deserve to be treated that way.

Terrible customer service.I was ready to check out and while waiting in line I was already noticing attitude from the cashier. When it was my turn he asked me for a phone number to set up an account. I politely declined and he started to get irritated with me. He said I would get a five dollar coupon if I opened up an account and again I declined. He got angry and just kept saying it was free money and why didn't I want it.When he bagged my product he threw the bag and the receipt on the counter very rudely and kept saying it was free money. As I was leaving he was still saying stuff about the coupon and all this while there were other customers in the store.I will not be returning to this location and advice everyone else to avoid it as well. All this because I did not want to open a store account.

Terrible customer service. Cashier Brady was triggered when I refused to open an account with the store. He was rude the whole while I was in the store. Will not come back.

I asked if they had pre-workout, which they did but I was trying to correct myself as he was talking over me. He told me that I asked a stupid question and was trying to think of the pre-workout that I had in mind but couldn’t remember the name. He said word for word, “that was a stupid question, I don’t mean to be rude but that’s as a stupid question.” Very unprofessional and would not recommend that place at all. As I was shopping, he was talking to his friend the entire time. Acted like I was not there at all. They have the worst customer service and my worst experience at any place. Their products are also very overpriced

First of all, I have not shopped in this store. But I have shopped in GNC stores in California. Because of health issues I do my shopping online whenever possible. So I went online and placed an order, which was very easy. I received it super fast. Totally impressed. Thank you for that.

Opening employee strolls in 5 min past 11, locks the entrance again behind her to she can open shop for another 8 minutes while customers are just waiting to grab what they came for and leave. Ended up just leaving without what I came to this location for because I didn't feel like waiting another 10 minutes for the gate keeper to decide when to open the gate after the hours listed.
