With the understanding that Geary is an industrial supply house intended to sell to contractors, I sent my son to investigate mini split line-set covers. Big box stores don't carry them and because we are improvising a solution, we wanted to see the covers in person rather than order online.
We were looking at about $200 worth of covers. It could have been an easy sale.
Staff were not friendly and did not offer any assistance to help us solve our challenge. Rather, they made him feel uncomfortable and he felt we would be better off seeking another solution.
Being nice and helpful to everyone is still good business practice, no matter how stupid you think your customers are.

Awesome place to unload they open at 7:00 am Overnight alout there in the back building it’s not sign for shipping but you can park at the door

I had some specific ductwork needs and they had all the parts that I needed. Not everybody carries a large selection.

I was working on adding a HVAC Return to my home's furnace, didn't have much luck finding a place that would sell Duct work to a residential client, until I found this store. Staff was very friendly and helpful and had the size of ducting and reducer I needed in stock. For a DIYer I found the place to be a godsend.
