“This is high on the totem pole for a model truck stop. Plenty of parking for both cars and trucks, typical food selection, have food chicken at least. Bathrooms are great, showers are fantastic, convenient location no matter your direction of travel. 10/10 would definitely stop here again and recommend.”

I called to have my car towed because I have had issues this last week with the drive belt and today was hearing a horrible noise coming from one of my wheels. Was going to have it towed in case to get it home and look at it. He was kind, patient and was so helpful. Definitely made the experience a great one. It's thanks to people like Brett who care about helping others and make experiences like this enjoyable instead of stressful. Thank you Brett!”

“I've been a loyal customer of On The Fly gas station for the past 15 years. Over the years, I've experienced a range of customer service, and the past couple of years unfortunately, there were times when the service was poor, obnoxious, rude, and unprofessional. This led me to taking my business elsewhere.
However, during my recent visit, I noticed a significant change in the staff. The new employees were incredibly pleasant, courteous, and professional, which made my experience much more enjoyable. This positive shift in customer service has restored my faith in On The Fly, and I am happy to say that I will be returning regularly once again.
Kudos to the management for making such a positive change. Keep up the great work!”

“Easy to use with the Walmart app, plus saves you 10 cents a gallon for having the Walmart Plus membership. Just use the app to scan the barcode on the gas pump. The convenience store is small but has everything you need and clean inside.”
“Fred Meyers fuel center is always clean, always busy but there are enough gas pumps that you can almost always get your car in and refill right away. This is in contrast to something like Costco where you often have to wait for a few cars to fill up.The added plus to Fred Meyer over something like Costco is that you can pick up really convenient and necessary items while you pump gas such as car fluids or firewood or a snack and a drink.”
“Walked into this place and the staff was so busy talking to each other they don’t notice you walk in. But they have the best cinnamon rolls! And their breakfast burritos are good. Everything else is what you can expect from a gas station. They do sell ice. But if you want to buy fire wood they don’t have it at this location.”

“A past due review, but definitely a 6 stars out of five to the sales representative staff who let me borrow the newly remodeled Jackson's and Shell's Gasoline Station phone about two week's ago. I had no cell, and vehicle had dead battery, and needed a cab, when this above and beyond staff Googled four times on her phone cab numbers, and let me borrow the company's phone to quickly call each one until one came. "Just a BIG, Thank You," to the staff that did this at the Franklin Road and Cole Road, newly renamed Gas Station that is amazingly well remodeled and renamed. I had not been back since the reconstruction but my only regret is not catching the staff at the counters name or the new gas stations name. I do highly recommend this gas station though, just based on the new 1:1customer service that's inviting, honesty, and friendly. Above all, treating all customers which I observed with respect, you can tell, it keeps consumers coming back despite fluctuations in gas prices! Great job! - Karen M.”

She’s always been a very positive person no matter what. She is very helpful and kind to anyone she encounters. This Jackson’s specifically is one of my favorite locations to go to.
