I dropped into Garden City Fit while traveling and I would highly recommend it! The facility is beautiful and clean and has just about anything you would need for CrossFit/weight lifting/functional fitness. The coaches are so friendly and truly care about their members health and fitness journey. Thanks Taylor and Serafin!!

The camaraderie at Garden City Fit is unlike anywhere else. Their coaches are knowledgeable and caring. And they consider your individual goals. I look forward to each workout, and that is the best way to be held accountable! Serafin is the most friendly and couraging coach ever! Thank you Garden City Fit!!
