The cashier with short blonde hair stared at me like I was a literal disease and only spoke when asking if I wanted my receipt. I do have a rewards account that she didn’t ask me about, but I also appreciate just being talked to in general. What happened to even saying hello?

Awesome store. Found several things I couldn't live without and the prices are reasonable. They have a lot of clearance and you can find some great stuff.

Worst customer service experience ?ever in a mall retail store ask about if they had yeezy menswear and the girl associate was Rude about it saying it online only even my male staff recognized it as a attitude problem this female associate need an attitude adjuster. This is a training issue that needs to be established from management. Tbh
