Never again, they sell awful products that don't work, they will lie right to your face, (Nathan) they will tell you they tested everything pre-owned in store, so 1 or 2 things either the person testing the products has no idea what they are doing or they simply aren't testing the products well, tried calling, guess what no answer, tried emailing gamestop guess what no answer, shop amazon or even walmart ,at least you'll get better customer service, not the 1st run around with gamestop, I should of known better, don't waste your time

its the local gamestop, never let me down... actually it has but the faults were more on my end, anyways, they got a bunch of stuff, but i haven't been in like a WHILE so im not sure what it current state is, but hey, its a gamestop

Sunday the 10th around 1:20pm I had gone to the GameStop in meridian on E Fairview because it’s closer to my house, I’ve been to this store a few times before this specific time happened. I bought a turtle beach headset back in may spent over 200 dollars on it plus 2 year warranty and recently I started having connectivity issues so i remembered I had the warranty I would just take it back and get something else. the guys at the Meridian store when I walked in he was on his phone didn’t seem to eager to help me out they weren’t busy at all. He said what can I do for you. I then explain what my headset was going, he then says I don’t have any of these in stock but all the Boise stores do. I said I can’t just replace it with another brand he goes that’s not how our warranty swaps work…I said that’s weird because I’ve done it before as I’ve been a GameStop customer for years. He said if one of the bigger up people were at one of the other stores they would make that decision. I said you can’t call someone so I don’t have to drive all over town. He then said they are out sick I won’t be calling them for something this small…made me feel like I was an inconvenience…so I called the store on overland in Boise and talked to a guy named John whom is a lead over there I told him what happen at the fairview store in Meridian he said no he should have helped you anyway he could. Long story short John at the overland store swapped my headset out for me with a different brand even which I love so much more than the one I had! John needs a raise for outstanding customer service. the fairview store in Meridian really need some customer service help tips from John. I will not be going back to the meridian store that’s for sure. overland has my business now.

Terrible service. Waited 45 minutes to pick up an item i ordered online because the worker closed up during their shift. 6 to 645 no one in the store. Then he talks to me about not having my confirmation email and he needed to see it because of store politcy. Is it store policy to close and leave customers waiting? Don't tell me about store policy when i waited 45 minutes for a pick up order. My name was on the order and I gave him my ID, I didn't need to hear about their store policy.

GameStop has gone down hill. Overpriced used games only $2 less than what you can buy brand new. The incentives are just smoke and mirrors to make you feel like you're saving money. The clerk stopped helping me mid way to go help someone else while I was in the middle of a transaction... You're better off buying and selling used games on Ebay.The reason why I gave 3 stars is because the store was clean and didn't smell like sweaty teenagers like most GameStop stores I've been to.

Sat in parking lot waiting for almost an hour for them to open when they're supposed to at 10am. Baffled that a big chain store can't even open at their advertised times

The store is supposed to open at 12pm mid-day, they couldn't even manage that! With 4 sets of customers waiting outside, the shutters finally rolled up 5 minutes late and we all entered to a single employee that complained about his job to a customer that had asked a question. If ever you thought you hated your job, hang around this store for 1 minute.
