A family member took their non-working iPhone 13 to the Boise Town Square Apple Store. Their "genius" repair folks told them it was unfixable and tried to sell them a new one, of course. We took it to Fix It on Overland in Boise and like their name says, they fixed it, on a Sunday night, in 10 minutes. Thanks Fix It!

Use cheap screens that kill battery, does job quickly but not good. Wouldn't recommend

This guys are Scammers, I ask the guy to replace my mom iPad battery that need a new one. Instead he broke the iPad Screen & never fix the iPad. And he Changed me 100 dollars before fixing anything. And in the process he manage to broke the iPad screen & proceed not to fixing a thing. The owner & works are as evil as they can be, they might be nice to you face. But Evil hearted scum. Go to other places avoid this place at all costs.

My son paid to have water remedy out of his phone. Every other place I've taken a device to kept it overnight. They kept it for an hour and it fogged up before the evening and they refused to take it back and fix it.

Professional service and customer approach. Very much appreciate upfront and honest opinion before accepting the work on a smashed phone screen. The guy in the shop looked at it and told us to come back in an hour. When we did, my phone looked like new. Super happy with the service. These folks are professionals. I definitely recommend their services.

Took a cracked phone screen in to be replaced. Got it replaced then went and had a liquid screen protector put on. Phone screen cracked about a month later with absolutely nothing happening to it. I believe the new screen was not put on properly. Would recommend going somewhere else if you need your screen replaced.
