fedex is completely incompetent. I was supposed to receive a package on Sunday 8-15-21. It is now 8:20 PM on Monday 8-16-21, and I have not received my package. I have lost a customer because fedex can't deliver when they promise. I have gone round and round with themon line and on the phone with no satisfaction. Now they won't even give me a delivery date. All the employees responsible for this incompetence should be fired. They have cost me customers and money, and they don't care. What happened to strong work ethics, customer service, being responsible, courtesy, and respect.May the employees responsible rot in hell.

Very disappointed with customer service as a small business owner. My shipment was badly damaged and driver would not work with my superintendent to properly refuse. Company policy essentially protects them from owning up to damaged shipments with excuse that they have other deliveries to make and don’t have time to wait for inspection. Typical behavior from big box company.

In and out,..that's what I like. Quick to open the security gates, service was fast and efficient,and the guys loading were pretty good with the forks! We've received a lot through this yard and will continue to do so. Thanks for your hard work and outstanding customer service!
