We have been with this agency for almost a year and are very disappointed with their poor communication! They raised our rates without any notification of electronic documents they needed to keep the discount. I have called them three days in a row leaving a voicemal with no response at all. We are fed up with their lack of communication. They just don't care about customer service. Don't waste you time!

The Best. If you want somebody who doesn't make you feel like a number or like machines with messages are in charge Kurt is your guy. When my daughter had asthma issues Kurt helped me talk to a human at blue cross, even though he has not been my agent for medical insurance. This sort of thing has happened to me on several occasions where something has gone wrong and Kurt has taken the time to help me and not because he was obligated, things he saw no compensation for, but just because he cares about his people. I am currently covered for two vehicles and just signed up for life insurance with him. I will always want to work with farmers because I know if my wife gets in a car accident or my kid goes to the emergency room Kurt will pick up his phone when I call and will protect me and my family, that if something bad happens I won't be trying to explain it to a voicemail for someone I have never met and might call me back in a week or two.

My wife passed away and I went into Kurt's office to cancel the policy. The receptionist WENDY was a complete moron. Unable to handle simple tasks and very unprofessional. The office look like the garbage dump with food containers all over the place and papers piled all over the floor. The idiot moron Wendy refunded the policy to the card which I told her specifically not to do as the cardholder account was closed. Now I have to spend another day chasing down the money that the idiot Wendy lost. If I was you I would completely and totally avoid Kurt pflieger Farmers Insurance office it is a complete dumpster fire.
