“I came from out of town and was suffering from horrible panic attacks as well as dehydration. I didn’t have an appointment but they fit me in as soon as possible. The receptionists were kind, the nurse who admitted me was very kind and the doctor who saw me listened to me, was able to find my medical records, and treated me with compassion and understanding. Being away from home when feeling so poorly is horrible, but this place did their best to help me and get me feeling better quickly, I’m very pleased and grateful.”

“This is actually a double review for myself and my dad (he doesn’t use computers). I’ve been seeing a provider here in the Primary Health chain, Dr. Burke, for a number of years and he has always taken good care of me. Dr. Burke has one of the most friendly demeanors I have come across in all the providers I have seen over the years. I’ve also taken my kids to various PH locations across the Treasure Valley and they have always taken good care of us, even if they were limited on walk-in providers.

My dad has been seeing, Dr. Nagle, since he moved into the valley about 5 years ago. Dr. Nagle and her nurse assistant have been absolutely the best for my dad! My dad can be a bit of an old grumpy man at times and they have never failed to use their sense of humor to diffuse his demeanor…they can usually get him laughing and cracking jokes in no time. It makes each visit extra special that they go the extra mile for him, when they don’t have to.

I’ve been to other clinics in the valley and the experience can be very sanitized and dry, with providers not expressing much personality or effort to connect. The waiting areas are also really comfortable and some even have special areas that cater to smaller kids; which was really nice when my kids were smaller! Sometimes it can take a few minutes for the reception staff to check-in patients when it’s busy, but they are always friendly when interacting. PH is our go to place to get taken care of and the care that our family needs. 5-Stars all the way!”
