This place says it has suites, it does not! It is a clear case of false advertising. We really needed a sitting are, table and chairs. This place had one easy char, one desk chair, no table, and was only one room. I will never stay at an extended stay again. The photos online showed one room from different angles so you might think it's two rooms, but it is not. It also didn't have a toilet lid so we couldn't leave anything in the bathroom. There wasn't coffee in the room. The breakfast was a joke. We had to ask for every convenience listed in the ad: hairdryer, toaster, dishes, cutlery...

The shower didn’t work in my room. The head on it was spraying water all over the bathroom over the curtains and got my my wallet soaked that had IMPORTANT receipts they are all f’d up and no longer legible. My iPhone literally got knocked off the dam counter and it cracked my screen protector that was not cheap all in my scramble to get to my wallet to keep it from getting soaked like it unfortunately did. The bad part is it was 2 in the morning. Who’s gonna come fix that non sense at that hour? Nobody. So no I didn’t call front desk because I became preoccupied trying to salvage the dam receipt(s), one of them being VERY important and the others were too that’s why they were in my wallet so I couldn’t lose them. Guess what? It doesn’t matter now does it?

I've come here a few times before, and have had lovely experiences. This morning I drove in from an a 11 hour drive seeing the room availability. Irene at the front desk continuously berated me and my friend. Laughing at us, we asked her why she was being rude to us, she VERBATIM says "I haven't done shit to you" we walk out muttering how horrible of a situation it was. IRENE runs out yelling "WHAT SAY IT TO MY FACE" how unprofessional and disgusting. While also calling us bitches. Now reading the other reviews how does this person even have a job. She's clearly unwell or drunk

If I could leave 0 stars I would, I had a horrible experience after driving 12 hours to Idaho trying to stay at extended stay because usually they do early check ins and have great prices, the last time I came here there was a girl who was younger very sweet no issues!!! NOT WHAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS TODAY! I came in around 7:30 when a older lady named Irene was working as soon as I walked in she was on her phone at the desk and wasn't very welcoming or nice I thought I understand it's 7 in the morning but no this is her job she works customer service and she blew my mind with how disrespectful and terrible she acted! She cussed, she laughed at me & my friend, then kept a smirk on her face and kept taunting us and trying to make it seem as if we came in with a horrible attitude! she then followed us out and continued to say even more disrespectful things about the way we look, us not having jobs as if she knows us or anything. AGAIN WE ARE IN OUR 20s!!! Respect is 2 ways && when in customer service it's YOUR job to please the customers and definitely not be lazy and cuss and escalate the situation.

I booked a room through my corporate service (Concur) for 16th June. I called earlier on that day to inform them that I will be arriving late in the evening as I was driving from Twin Falls and the person told me that they will hold my reservation. When I showed up, the person on the front desk asked for my name and id but later said that the hotel was overbooked. He neither apologized nor gave me a receipt informing that they were overbooked. He was extremely rude and had careless attitude. It was a busy weekend and therefore, I had to go to multiple hotels before I was able to find a room that was much more expensive. Worse thing is that later I found out they have charged my card for the room that they overbooked! Beware of fraudulent activity at this hotel - I would never book here!

**RUDE AND DANGEROUS EMPLOYEES** if I could give this hotel a no star - this would be more appropriate. First off my boyfriend came from SLC with his work company for a job here in Boise. I forgot my room key because I went home to get my car. When I came in it was after hours so I had to use the phone to contact the front desk. I was asked why I don't have my key. I explained that I forgot to get it from my boyfriend when he dropped me off at my car. She let me in and said I needed to remember my room key next time and sneered. I told her she didn't need to be rude and I asked her name. She told me it was Irene. She said not to come in without my room key. I told her I would be calling her manager. She then stated "I bet you are and came toward me taunting saying you're a Karen, Karen Karen over and over. She then called me a b****, I closed the elevator door she opened it came in the elevator and lunges at me like she was going to physically assault me. I asked her if she was going to hit me and she asked me if I wanted her to. I told her I intended to get her fired for her conduct and she said "your mom is a whore". NEVER, I repeat NEVER have I had such an unprofessional and rude and disrespectful encounter with an employee of a hotel. She has absolutely no business working with the public since she obviously has zero control over her emotions or impulses - and was even considering physically assaulting a guest. I tried to contact guest services - they weren't open. There was no other option except to wait u til morning. I didn't dare go out to smoke by myself as I was in fear for my safety and even considered moving my vehicle off the property. Conduct such as hers is unacceptable. I do intend to contact management in the morning. I will update the outcome. Also as of note - when the company workers checked in it was 2:00 p.m. They were rudely told they would have to wait until 3 p.m. even though an early check in was already cleared and there were clean vacant rooms available. Guest Services had to be contacted at that time also to get that taken care of. Having previously worked night audit at a hotel - NEVER would I have not allowed a company to check in if I had rooms available. And I certainly NEVER would have conducted myself in such a despicable manner to a guest whom the hotels rely on to stay in business. She not only harassed and degraded me but was physically threatening. Best of luck to those of you who stay here should this employee remain employed here. Also absolutely NO UTENSILS WERE PROVIDED OR OFFERED*****

My reservation was canceled by Extended Stay. They lied and said it was canceled by the booking site. They had no rooms and insisted they didn't/couldn't cancel the reservation.

I have outrageously expensive testing equipment; all of the equipment I have is $45K as well as pre-market prototype items that the manufacturer is keeping under wraps before they make it widely available to the public, so it's up to us to keep everything safe, or I'm sure my future grandchildren will be paying for it too. After I checked in and hauled my suitcase up to my room, I went back down and got my Pelican Case, then after prepping myself for a nap after driving for 2 days in a row with the only rest being 3 hours of sleep at a truck stop, the room phone rings. The front desk is calling me because a guest alleged that I brought a firearm into the room; firearms aren't allowed on the premises, and if I do have any, I have to at least keep it in my car or somewhere off-premises (which is stupid considering most violent crimes against unknown persons are committed using stolen guns, and I don't want to be part of that statistic), or leave and go elsewhere with no refunds... Most SUVs (including mine) don't have a locking trunk that can readily secure things (you can smash the rear window vs. needing a crowbar), so it's ripe for the taking.Best part of this? You know the $45K of equipment I mentioned? That was what was in the Pelican Case; I didn't have a gun at the time! Apparently either some guest decided to make a wild assumption and get everybody worked up over nothing, or they're trying to make an imaginary guest to offset their liability like the classic phrase "asking for a friend" (lots of things don't add up, and even if I did have a gun, there was nothing on its website or Expedia detailing this so I know to not part with my hard-earned pay for anti-2A hotels)!

Two stars is generous. Stinky B.O. smelling room and no amenities. Bring your kitchen with you. Otherwise , schlep up to the front desk and if you ask, they will give you a plastic tub thing like you're in prison with 2 ea knives spoons forks, 2 plastic glasses, 2 coffee cups, two plates two bowls and a couple very old scratched up Teflon pans. No coffee pot or toaster or paper towels or napkins. No spatula or bottle or can opener. I mean nothing. Shocking. No ice in the entire place. Popcorn ceiling. Looking at the roomAnd some of the other guests, It Makes you feelLike a homeless person here. Maybe that's why they have such a tight grip on glasses and forks. Harsh I know. If we weren't so tired of driving we would've left. We are here for several days

DIRTY AND SMELLY!Unimpressed...Now, I like a nice place but don't need the Taj Mahal. Just a clean place to lay my head will do...Firstly, there were trash cans and garbage piles in the landing of the stairway which was odd but didn't smell bad We were on the fly to check in ( on our way to an event) and no one was at the desk - to prevent us having to check in at 11:30 at night we had to make an inconvenient trip to get gas and zip back to the hotel to try to check in againThe toilet had a SPLOTCH on it!! Ummmmm, no thank you!!We got a room with a kitchenette which was fairly decent sized but the fridge stunk like dead fish so we could not use it ! It stunk up the room simply from opening the door. The " breakfast " was packaged snacks and coffeeWe went to the desk in the morning about getting our room cleaned a bit better... no one there againUPDATE :At 9 am we asked if they could please come and check out the smell and at the very least clean the toilet... 3pm we returned to our room-NOPEWe asked again , left for the day ( we opened the windows with our own tools so we could air it out and it was COLD when we returned -- but, fortunately we had purchased some new Boise State sweatshirts we could sleep in!)We returned at 11pm ready for bed and a fresher smelling room and ...NOOOOOPE! We left the front desk guy know and his response was" oh, she told me she cleaned it"- nope! We asked the front desk guy ( who was polite but not particularly concerned or motivated) to come and clean it. He came to the room , opened the fridge and ..... DEAD FISH!!The guy opened the fridge and fishy whiffs wafted out to the other end of the room. We all went "whoa!!" Even our football players who can handle a lot of stink could smell it ... and the guy said " I don't smell it". He continued to claim that he could not smell this disgusting smell ( we are now wondering if he had COVID or a broken olfactory system because that is literally the only way!!) He simply shrugged and said well, I cleaned the vents and I don't smell anything soooo." And left Fortunately we bought a candle while we were out just in case the smell was still there. So here we lay with our cinnamon candle burning, the windows wide open wondering if the smell is actually coming from a carcass under the bed- no one will look so we will just go with dead fish in the fridge We should probably go sleep in the stairway with the garbage piles - it might be warmer and fresher smelling Not staying here again. This is our least favorite hotel in Boise, fo sho! Give the Comfort Suites Just down the road on Vista
