We booked a room and the hotel canceled it which made us have to book another one and pay double. Also the room was dirty and smell terrible the sheet and pillows had dirt and stains on them. Worst hotel I ever been

When I first moved to Boise this was my home for almost 2 months.The entire staff was kind, helpful no matter what it was. Definitely dog friendly!Melissa and Irene are the best they are very understanding and communicative. Thank you for taking care of me and my family.

The manager Mel is fantastic. Our stay was pleasant room was clean and the staff is always kind. Anything I needed I was taken care of. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to my family and friends. Good Job Extended Stay
