“I initially stopped in this store on 5/28/24 and asked how to get a phone number that I wanted or how to have a say in creating a new phone number for a brand-new small business phone. Anicia took the reins in assisting me with the best answer anyone could give. For technical reasons, my question was complex to answer. Anicia showed me the various phone number lists of T-Mobile numbers up for grabs and how they are arranged in the T-Mobile system on one of her dealers' smart-devices. In short, Anicia showed me WHY there were limitations on the options I had and what number lists I could pick from. I went home that evening to think things through.
I came back on June 2 to activate my new iPhone, and Anicia's supervisor helped me, as Anicia was out on her lunch. However, Anicia returned to the store while I was getting my account set up and helped finish the rest of my business account set-up. In short, at this store I was able to choose an Eagle, ID phone number with Idaho's original 208 area code for my business account. To me, this was a satisfactory outcome. There were plenty of aspects about my phone activation that were complex and technical, but the staff at this store worked with me, answered my questions, and did the leg work to activate my new iPhone.”

I was there this past Sunday 4/29 around noon. I was about to check out and was talking to my husband saying I hate seeing something I like on a mannequin but can’t find it on the racks. An employee overheard the conversation and asked if she could help. I gladly took her up on that offer. She helped me locate the item and even find my size. I ended up really loving this item after trying it on. Maybe my favorite Target piece of clothing I have. She went above and beyond to help me. We made an additional purchase because of her and I left happy. ? Please reward this employee if you know who she is. I believe she had a pixie haircut and wore glasses.”
“We have been T-Mobile customers for over 20yrs. We have lived in several different states throughout that time and my experience today absolutely floored me. Everyone at this particular location was friendly and attentive. We were acknowledged as soon as we walked in and welcomed. Our wait time wasn't long at all despite it being very busy. My replacement phone arrived and Meli made the exchange painless, I feel like the older I get the less patience I have and she did everything for me and did not once seem distracted or irritated which was my previous experience with many other locations. I'm definitely going to be only going to this location in the future. Thank you Meli for being so patient and helpful to this cranky old lady today. 8363 W Franklin Rd, Boise“Store associate Venessa and store manager Emily were life savers on a screwed up order that was originally done at an out of state Best Buy.
Our appliance order was screwed up so bad that the order had not even processed and was sitting in limbo. Best Buys outsourced customer service is a nightmare with rude customer service reps with heavy foreign accents that make communicating difficult. I was recommended to go in person to the Boise Best Buy location to fix the order problem by Best Buy delivery agent Will, who was phenomenal delivering another appliance I had ordered.
At the Boise Best Buy, Venessa provided the highest level of customer service I wish the outsourced online customer service reps had. Store manager Emily was happy to get involved in problem solving the botched order from another Best Buy location. The order was so screwed up that I had minimal hope that we would even get our appliance but Emily stayed with us until she was able to resolve the order. Our appliance order is now fixed and enroute.

“Very good selection. Pricing is geared more toward folks with poorer credit, except they seem competitive in furniture pricing. I did not price shop to compare, just my limited experience in furniture shopping. I was surprised to see they had power tools and gaming systems (Xbox X, Ps5, Switch).There's a cost associated with the lease to own option, so be prepared to pay more than an item is worth, even of you pay cash. They explained thar many items they sell, they pay retail prices on so if they didn't charge more, they would lose money. The difference is they show you that pricing up front (doesn't seem much different from putting furniture on your credit card and paying interest, but here you know those numbers up front).The staff are pretty friendly and knowledgeable and the main manager is sincere and honest. I didn't opt to utilize their services because I do not require them, but I'm glad they are here for people who DO need their services.”
