Excellent service. The pack I wanted was in stock.I just wish it was made locally. I’d pay the price.

I had issues with the water bladder zipper but, their seamstress said it was not repairable. The Eberlestock team helped me out with a new pack with no resistance. This is great customer service. Keep it up Eberlestock!
