My 5 year old has taken numerous classes from Charlotte and Eagle's Nest Idaho. She LOVES all of the aspects of class including the yoga, crafts, and story time!! The prices are reasonable and Charlotte is such a nurturing and loving individual. My family and I also hosted a birthday party for my 3 year old son at Charlotte's studio and it was a HIT! The kids had a number of different stations and activities throughout the party. Charlotte was very accommodating in terms of letting us bring in our own food and beverage. We received many compliments about how much fun it was for the kids to try something new compared to the traditional Chuck E Cheese or trampoline parks. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Hi Charlotte just wanted to let you know that the Reiki session with you had great results, and reduced the pain I was feeling to almost completely gone. I feel much better especially at night. You are a great healer!, my back feels way stronger too, I feel no pinch from the discs, I’ve never had body work like that before I hope it’s truly working. I’ve been so pain free I’ve just been relaxing all weekend and not wanting to do yard work (forward bending) but I need to test it and see if it holds up as it hasn’t before with that kind of activity. I usually have extra pain for days. I go to an integrative chiropractor, he uses cold laser and all kinds of stretching and manipulation and I do rehab exercises but the results had reached a plateau. So again, Charlotte, thank you for your amazing power!

Coming to this yoga studio it had a warm welcome and felt like home to me. They also offer Shakti Naam Yoga (the only studio in boise to offer it) and it was like nothing I have ever experienced. I left feeling more alive, energetic then ever before. Can't wait for more.
