Don't take your bike in for any service. Mine was in for 3 weeks and then they called to let me know they couldn't get the parts so they wanted me to just pick up a bike that couldn't be used? I found the parts that day online and will fix myself. Not really anyone working there. Just a salesman pumping out bikes.

Probably the worse shop in the Boise area, I will go off to say one of the worse in the PNW... Treasure Valley deserves better than this. I made four laps around the shop without the guy at the counter saying a single word to me. WOW!!!! great customer service, I had $4700 cash in my pocket to buy a pivot and I was ready to put the rest of my credit card.. That experience had me go right down the street to Reed cycle and pay full price for a new Pivot. You wonder why everything is on sale, its because they refuse to sell their product or maybe I didn't fit their white male that looks like he has money.

Great bike shop. The staff are always kind, friendly and teach me something new about my gear on each visit. From my 4 year old grandson/my daily rider and my son’s mountain bikes, always quality work.

Shout out to Eagle Bike Shop for the excellent service and experience when they dropped everything to help me out 5 minutesbefore closing time with a tough fork install. And then..didn't charge me anything. Got me back on the trails that night.I was so stoked ! Thanks guys ! Defiantly check these guys out for bike needs.

I went in not knowing where I was going to get my Jamis fixed since the other dealer closed and I still did not get my first tune up. Well they automatically said "we used sell Jamis, I know all about the brand."I'm very picky when it comes to the commercialization of bike shops, it's a production line. I'm convinced they're my mechanic now therefore they own this bike from now on.Sold, done, no questions, it was quick and simple.

Excellent Customer ServiceA huge shout out and the biggest of “Thank you” to the awesome team at Eagle Bike Shop, especially Cody & Eddie in customer service!I own a 1994 Litespeed Obed, that had been stored for many years and was in need of repair and a complete tune up. This shop stepped up and help me get it back on the road in almost new condition. They went above and beyond, with the service and repairs, made great recommendations and helped me make good decisions on an older mountain bike.Thank you, Cody & Eddie (Eagle Bike Shop), for your exceptional customer service. I'm impressed with the timeliness and attentiveness despite not having purchased anything from you previously, let alone the bike itself. I will not think twice about recommending Eagle Bike Shop to anyone for a bike or parts!

This place is amazing! Eddie and Cody took great care of me and were fun to laugh with. I'm so stoked to be back into riding and I found everything (plus a few impulse buys) at prices way better than even the big stores in town. Check them out! I'll be back for anything bike related. Thanks, guys!
