I had to get a hair follicle test done and let me tell you this place was incredible! They were so professional and kind. I have to give a huge thank you to Amanda who went above and beyond to answer any questions I might have. She was incredible and went above and beyond her job duties. Exceptional service! Totally helped me prove my innocence threw a hair follicle test. I had a dirty ua from Averhealth and I had not used. So I tired telling my councilor and my po that it was a false positive but I had to prove it and drug shield made that happen for me. Drug shield explained my options and kept in contact with me and me only as I requested threw the process and due to drugshields efforts I have cleared my name and was able to prove that my word is what it is and kept me from a pv. I am grateful I made the call to drug shield and if u have a similar situation you should not hesititate to call drug shield.
