Had an amazing experience here. Elijah, Zach, Frank, Taylor were all incredibly helpful. They Were able to get me into something that I really wanted instead of having to settle for something that I didn’t due to my credit issues, when they say they work with any type of credit they really mean it!

These guys were so great to work with! We had a few hiccups, but they bent over backwards to make everything work and I was able to leave with something 14 years newer that still fit my big family. Fantastic experience! I got everything squared away in a little over an hour. That includes the test drive and paperwork. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. I got a great deal and a reliable car. I am definitely coming back when I need my next car.

Recently bought a 2016 Honda pilot from the guys at driven. Oscar was really laid back and not pushy at all. After bringing the Pilot home we drove it for few days and had a system emissions light come on. The guys at driven had me bring it back to get everything checked out and fixed at no charge to me. They replaced the fuel pump and have been very cool through the whole thing. The light still kept coming back and they have continued to try to diagnose and fix the problem. What we do know is that there is a system evap leak somewhere. While it's been a process and we're still waiting to figure out where the direct cause of the leak is at the guys at driven have been extremely friendly and continue to work through it at no cost to me. While it's not always great buying a used vehicle that seems to have a hard to diagnose minor problem I appreciate all of the great customer service I've been provided and that the guys continue to stand by their vehicles. You always go into buying a used vehicle expecting some things to happen but you don't always expect the dealership to be as accountable and helpful when you do run into a mechanical problem. I would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from driven simply on the fact that if you do run into a problem with your purchase they will do whatever is needed to get it fixed and back on the road.

It has been more than a week since I discovered the car I wanted to buy at the monkey lot at Driven Boise. After reaching out to inquire about financing options with less-than-ideal credit, I initially spoke with Doug. He guided me through submitting an application along with my wage stub and other necessary details. Following that, my interactions were mostly with Zach, who presented alternative options, aiming to steer me towards a different car. Being informed of the need for a $1000 down payment was challenging for me, but I managed to secure the amount and excitedly informed Zach of my readiness to purchase the vehicle. Unfortunately, I was unable to reach Zach as he was out of town, leaving the next steps uncertain. We reached out to JD and Elijah at Driven Boise, expressing our readiness to buy and requesting confirmation that the loan was approved before making the two-hour trip. They acknowledged our request and promised to get back to us, but unfortunately, we never received any follow-up. Upon speaking with JD later, he failed to mention that the car had been sold, despite our efforts to visit as soon as possible. Driven Boise sold the car without notifying me, even after I had the funds ready for the purchase. Disappointed by their actions, I was further upset when they attempted to sell me a car I explicitly did not want. Expressing my dissatisfaction with how the situation unfolded I was met with their enthusiasm about offering me the "better" car, which in reality, a used Nissan Versa is not considered superior in most cases. Consequently, I have decided not to engage in any future business dealings with them.
Zach truly went the extra mile to assist us in securing the loan. Unfortunately, his unavailability meant that his colleagues did not make the same effort to support us further. We are grateful for Zach's efforts in helping us obtain a car, and it's disappointing that the situation unfolded as it did.

We had the most wonderful experience buying our car at driven. Lincoln, the manager was low pressure and helped us get into a safe family vehicle. I've already recommended them to multiple friends, which I can truthfully say, I've never ever done for a used car dealership before. It really was a pleasant experience, again, something I've never said about a used car dealership before. And just so you know, they didn't even ask me to leave a review ?

This place is the best to go to for any vehicle! They helped us out when we most needed it and it's so very appreciated! The whole staff was exceptionally amazing! Definitely recommended coming here for any vehicle needs! Special shout out to Zack for working extra hard in getting us the best deal possible and for just being a kind man in general. Also the man at the front desk who played with our kids to help keep them busy, thank you! You guys have earned a forever customer! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I came here because I was referred to this place by an old boss (which I found out, benefits him with a credit) and the service was amazing. They were attentive and eager to help me but not "I'm gunning for commission" kind of feeling even when they got busy they were still attentive. I can tell they really take pride in the quality of the vehicles they have on their front lot. They have a back lot they call the monkey lot that has "as is" cars and trucks which seems like a lot of the 1 stars bought from that lot which was their lack of thinking so most of the 1star reviews aren't valid in my eyes. When I came in looking for a truck they were super helpful and worked with me and my budget to get the very clean and maintained Ram 1500 SLT. Not only is it in good condition to start but the few small issues it has they either were willing to fix in there shop or refer me to the business they use with a discount for other stuff like a small crack in windshield and getting an extra key. They have a service pamflit that lists all the stuff that they will fix in shop and they are super nice about it, it doesn't feel like it's an annoying chore for them. I won't ever get a car from any other dealership as long as these guys are open. If I could give higher than 5 stars I would.
