Jered was spectacular! I came in with my 95 year old grandma who definitely had it in her mind to be upset and he handled it with grace, patience and that guy is the reason I’ll come back every time! My grandma was happy with the service which speaks volumes about Jered and the team at this discount tire!

I called the store to check on getting new tires for my Toyota Camry. I spoke with the manager, Javier Bustos. He was very friendly, and very knowledgeable. He found the tires I needed and quoted a very reasonable price.
I took my vehicle to the State street store. The staff was very polite and very professional. I met Mr. Bustos, he remembered our conversation and knew what tires I wanted.
The staff was quick to take care of my vehicle. They did a great job. I will recommend this store to all my friends and family.

They are part of Tire Rack (online retailer) which I have ordered most of my tires from. I use to receive the tires from Tire Rack at my house and then take them to the local tire dealer or mobile installer that would be on Tire Rack's recommended install list. Now that Discount tire is part of their company I can have them sent directly to the local Discount Tire store when I order the tires from Tire Rack. It is so convenient to do this. Tire Rack always has good prices on their tires and I get to pick the brand and models I like. They ship to Discount Tire and then I just pay Discount Tire another $100.00 for mounting and balancing and I'm done. I'm a connnoisseur of tires for our cars and this works out great for me. They treated my wife good when she brought the car in for the appointment to mount and install the tires. Their competition (Les Schwab) across the street sells mostly their house brand of tire which is not reviewed by any enthusiast organization or publication. Les Schwab can order you any tires but they will be a little more expensive than Tire Rack. So for me Tire Rack and Discount Tire is convenient.
