Went in because my boyfriend has a recent head Injury and needed a cap to wear under his hockey helmet, I politely asked a male employee and he seemed annoyed to even have to talk to me. He was extremely unhelpful and basically told me they had nothing like that. What a joke, spent a few minutes looking ourselves and found plenty of options. Don’t work a customer service job if you don’t want to service customers. I believe his name was Keith, I could be wrong as a few of the male employees look the same. Middle aged white man. Told a blonde employee about this upon checking out and she was very apologetic about the encounter so I appreciated her.

Received. Excellent customer service from Robert. I called ahead and he grabbed the one item I was looking for and had it at the counter to save me time. Please consider this man for a raise and promotion ??

Thanks for reminding me why I do not shop at this location. Horrible customer service! No attempts to help me find shoes we were looking for besides bringing out the one pair and walking away. Other customers were getting great customer service, guess my business is not welcome at this store. If I could give zero stars I would, as this isn't the first time.

Your attempt at trying to revolutionize the shoe buying process is failing horribly. Waiting 20 minutes to try on a pair of shoes after using your kiosk/ipad isn't working. Thankfully big5 is right next door and has shoes readily available. Their method is significantly better if you're trying to downsize and hire fewer associates. Should probably take note.

If you need help seeing what equipment is best and fits best for your son for football then good luck. Maybe it was the American flag shirt I was wearing and navy cap, because my experience there was HORRIBLE. I asked for assistance for youth football and they said they would be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later I went back and asked again. Someone that had zero knowledge of football tried to help me and I knew that my knowledge from when I played would be more useful than his help. I asked again for assistance for football cleats. They just pointed to the back of the store and said they were back there. (They only set one cleat out and you HAVE to get assistance for them to bring out a set) overall I have nothing good to say about the experience here. The only reason I shopped here is for the discount that Optimus gave.

The store has what you will need as far as sporting-goods go. However, the employees are not friendly. They are not even courteous actually. There are obviously very sick of people come in to get the Stanley cups as well. I went in, and it happen to buy one and the cashier was looking at the other, chuckling at one another saying they were wondering when this madness would end? I wasn’t really aware of the Stanley craze, but I didn’t appreciate being talked about like that. It was just a weird experience, and I probably will not be back.
