Every person I interacted with was friendly, courteous, helpful and extremely welcoming. They listened carefully to my needs and wants and went out of their way to exceed my expectations. As a single woman shopper, I felt exceptionally comfortable, respected, and valued. I have already recommended Dennis Dillon to a handful of friends and acquaintances. Thank you to Freddy, Keric, Skylar (sp?), Mike, and Tonye as well as everyone else who was welcoming and kind to me.

The Service Department was ready for me when I arrived. Service Department staff was great. The only negative was after my service I received an email saying that Veteran's would receive a free oil change (my service was on Friday, November10th, during the promotion period). While the price I paid wasn't bad, it would've been nice if someone would have asked me if I was a Veteran?

Kiera was super friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt. She gave me an estimate on what needed to be done for my wait which a lot of places don't. I really appreciated them putting my low beam headlights in during a maintenance update. Just an all around awesome experience.

Dennis Dillon off Fairview has always been top notch always!! Service Team is professional, prompt and so very friendly! I recommend!!However, I’m needing to find something closer to home and a little more financially economical unfortunately….Appreciate them so much!!

I found the truck I wanted on Autotrader and then contacted the dealership to confirm availability. The salesperson Carter Johnson worked with me via text, phone calls, email and got me the deal I was looking for.When I picked up the truck I was in and out in an hour. Exceptional service, and a really nice guy.Thanks Carter!

Watch out for shady business deals with this company. First of all, they will not negotiate with you so be prepared to pay sticker price. Secondly, they don't want you to pay cash and the salesperson even said that we would have to pay more if we don't finance with them. That turned out to be false. They also admitted that the dealership gets kick backs from the bank and that's why they want you to finance their cars. Thirdly, and the worst part, when we were ready to buy the car, they added on $2200 in dealership fees, stating they added on extra brakes on all of the cars on the lot and then they changed the story to ALL dealerships charge those fees. Also false. After we walked off the lot in complete disgust, they kept calling trying to get us to come back and make a deal with them. We ended up buying a car somewhere else and will never buy from a Dennis Dillon dealership!

Great team here at Dennis Dillon Nissan! Carter was our salesman and was super helpful the entire day with our new vehicle purchase. We felt informed and not pressured when making decisions. They also met us in the middle with negotiations and we left very happy! Definitely recommend buying a vehicle from this team!

As I was rating this, my response should be Met Expectations....because the team always treats me so well, I expect the standard of customer service they have set which is a 10! The team always performs above and beyond. Tim always takes great care of my Rogue and helps me out when I have questions. Love working with him! Thank you for always going above and beyond!

Update. The owner replied immediately. He said all the things like, "this is not the way we do business at Dennis Dillon, please give us a chance to make this right". He asked that I call and speak directly to the service manager. I called the next day, hoping that the guy in my review wasn't the service manager ( though I had a suspicion it was). I never spoke to the service manager. There was a recording to leave a message. I did, three days in a row, trying to "give them the chance to make it right". It's been weeks, nobody has returned my call. It's pretty obvious the "guy who couldn't be bothered to get off his stool to come look at the problem I was having and advise the proper coarse of action", was in fact "service manager". Looks like the reply from "the owner" was lip service to save face on the review. Looks like I'm not going to receive a call from "the service manager ", the phone must be hard to reach from his perch/stool. I would never take my vehicle here for service again. I belong to a 350z club, our word is very far reaching. This guy single handed has cost Dennis Dillon service hundreds of customers. Horrible service! You've been warned.

I went to Dennis Dillon since we’ve been apart of the company going back 5 years.I won’t lie I was a little hesitant about coming here again just cause I wasn’t sure what kind of deal we would get worked out for a trade In that wasn’t even reliable.I have to say if it wasn’t for Shawn, we wouldn’t be here with a very reliable, affordable, amazing car.Shawn went out of his way to exceed every option available for us and went beyond measures to exceed our expectations!I highly recommend coming to Nissan to get your trade done, arrange a deal and leave with something affordable but reliable as well!!

Nissan Mike was very helpful and I felt no pressure to buy. My new Honda is just what I wanted. Great experience!One month later, the car is great but once they have your money then the customer service is gone! Was assured if I wanted to cancel the extended warranty it would take just one phone call to do so. LOL!! Tried to cancel my extended warranty for three days, no one would call me back. Finally, I decided to drive back into dealer and asked to sign the form. Got the form signed waited one month and no credit was issued back to my loan as promised. Finally, I called the warranty company and no cancellation form had been filed with them. They instructed me to call Dennis Dillon. Once again, no one is available to talk with me. A salesman told me, "I gave your number to "Tom" (changed his name) if he doesn't call you back in a couple hours then maybe you should try calling him back." Implying that "Tom" will not be calling me back. What happen to good customer service?

I had the best car buying experience here!:) from the moment I pulled up in the parking lot and was greeted by the sales guy Chris Martinez. He was so nice and so informative. I had to bring my son with me and everyone was so kind to him. They even have a kids play area which came in handy during the finance portion. This was my first time buying a car by myself without my parents with me, so I was very nervous. But Chris made the whole experience a great one. I highly recommend you schedule an appointment with him for a smooth experience.

Michael Pullen helped with the purchase of my new vehicle. He did a wonderful job listening to what I was looking for. Gave me time to think about my decision. Once I decided to move forward he was very helpful through the entire process. Took extra time to show me all the features of my vehicle.Everyone in the store was kind and helpful. Tonye went out of his way to ask what time would work for us to come in. He scheduled us and when we arrived Tonye greeted us and introduced Micheal. Michael has been wonderful going over all the details of the new car. Tonye and Michael made this experience very easy for us. They are both kind, friendly, and went above to make sure we were comfortable. I highly recommend this dealership.

I am confident when I bring my vehicle in for inspection / repairs, I know my vehicle is in great hands and I can trust Ronnie and Anthony to do the very best job they can. My experience with Dennis Dillon Nissan before these two were here was a very big negative with customer service and repairs and now that Ronnie and Anthony are working at this location my experience has totally turned around for me. I would recommend these two gentlemen to any of my family and friends for any car inspections/repairs.Thank you for my peace of mind!!!
