If I couldn't figure out what the message wanted me to do, I would go into the bank and he would help me. Always so professional and willing to help and they knew their job and answered every question we had written down. It took longer than we thought it would but he kept us updated with each step. Susan has been personable, supportive, and professional each time we've come into this branch and given my parents a positive impression of WaFd bank. They feel that Susan is "their banker" and have confidence that she is there to help them with their financial questions and needs. I'd like to ensure that Susan knows how much I appreciate her efforts and support. Additionally, everyone in the branch has been kind and welcoming as soon as we come inside.
