Worst customer service at any pharmacy ever. I called today on a Saturday and that said they were closed even though they are supposed to be open. I need a prescription transferred to another Pharmacy since they are out of stock. After repeated phone calls I finally got through to the front store and was told they were closed because there was no one to work there. I'm going to transfer all of my prescriptions to a non CVS Pharmacy this is absolutely ridiculous and dangerous. Whatever CVS is doing as far as Pharmacy Staffing they need to get it fixed immediately this is so bad it is ridiculous

Understaffed and can't manage to do their basic job. Even my doctor couldn't get through to the pharmacist to verify a prescription I waited hours to get pain medication after major surgery. They aren't open the hours they claim and half of them are too incompetent to ise their computer system. Do NOT use this pharmacy. Worst experience with a pharmacy ever.

I ordered my eye drops from cvs, and after one week they still have not reviewed the medication. I have been going without my medically needed eye drops but they have failed to perform they are also way understaffed. Only the pharmacist and 2 others yesterday. Long wait times

Non-stop issues with poor communication and being out of stock. Today’s issue is that they changed their pharmacy hours and didn’t bother notifying me (despite texting me multiple times for other reasons), so my kid will miss a dose of important medication. They are NOT open 8 am - 9 pm like their Google listing states.

I posted below (ab) and I still have yet to get said prescription. Finally, today, when I called, they couldn’t figure out how to run it through my insurance with the quantity needed. She said she would call me back. Guess what? ? I should have known better, and have a better chance in Santa Claus on Easter. So I called back after 2 hours to FINALLY get it filled. They have only had this prescription for over a month.???????????Get this…. The tech says… “we don’t have any in stock.”I ask, “so when can I except my medicine,” only to get the amazing answer of “I don’t know, we order daily.”No one will call me to say it’s in. The text alert system they have in place… works maybe once out of 25 times.Where’s a Karen when you one.October 28 2023So I was/am ready for my first refill of above medication. I received a text message days ago and on time, woohoo! So, I call ahead because I don’t trust them at all. I call and told it’s ready, so my husband drives all the way there just to be told that the refrigerator went out and spoiled the medication. He was told it broke in the early morning, so you would think that the whole pharmacy team would know this and saved my husband the ride there and back. When you question them on when it will be ready, it’s blank stares, lots of blinking, and lots of excuses. We don’t care pharmacy team… we want to know when the medication will be ready!I call them up, not happy, but not being a Karen either. (Karen’s… slip into my dm. Regardless of people think, you are all sometimes needed…)Anywhooo, I call CVS when my hubby gets home and they tell me it will be in in the next day and that they were getting a huge order. This was DAYS ago. Guess what? (Chicken butt ?) I am sitting here, with a new eye twitch that happens every time I say/write “CVS.” (Dang it Martha, it did it again) and NO MEDICATION.I am OVERDUE for my medication again. This pharmacy is doing the opposite of helping me stay healthy.I just called Albertsons to have this prescription transferred. I’m using a manufacture prescription card for this med, so I can (hopefully). Unfortunately my insurance uses CVS, so I must use them for other meds.

I switch to CVS pharmacy because I was being greeted by the ladies at the front of the store. This made me feel welcomed. Today was by worst experience with the pharmacy. When I arrived to pickup my medication they were closed for lunch break. There are new signs posted at the front of the store doors announcing new hours, which did not include a lunch break. When I pointed this out to the tech he was rude and said I could take it up with headquarters. My other disappoint was when my prescription was not ready he said the automated voice system did not always work. Why not fix this problem. Or do I need to take the issue up with headquarters. He was very dismissive. Very disappointed by one employee who was rude and did not give a rats ass about any thing. l

I was with CVS for 5 months and each time I picked up a prescription, I had to talk to the Pharmacist which was unnecessary. I ordered a refill and they had questions for my Doctor which again, was unnecessary. Five days later it was still pending and they said I had to call my Doctor. Do not use CVS!

The manager was rude and not very helpful at all. Was told the Pharmacy manger had a death in the family and that is why they didn’t have flu vaccine and Covid vaccine. Your website sucks and the people in the Pharmacy are not helpful. I was on hold with the pharmacy for 20 min, and hung up on when the girl answered the phone. very poor customer service.

Horrible. Almost every single time. No alerts, never ready, have to call multiple times. They had a med on hold for over 3 weeks. Not a single text, call to say it’s on hold. I have always loved every CVS I used, except this one.The communication is terrible, and these people are giving out meds. Scary. Frustrating. Unacceptable. Sad part is, I am wasting more of my time writing this, because nothing will change there.

I have been sitting in the drive through almost 40 minutes before one care moved, now its taken almost 10 minutes at least on the next car and I'm still waiting here when I arrived almost an hour ago in the drive through for my prescriptions

This is the WORST pharmacy ever! I showed up hours after my daughter's prescription was sent over and it still wasn't ready. they stated they needed another hour. I never received anything stating the prescription was ready so I went back in 3 days later and it's still not filled. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone ever. It's less headache to pay cash if the medication isn't outrageous!

Thumbs down on this pharmacy , the worst I have ever dealt with, the pharmacist is rude and unprofessional ! I will drop them from my list . The mail order side called them and approved a quantity of 10 tablets of a Med I ran out of to get me by , when I called to follow up 5 hours later , they said they didn't have time for me . Absolute didn't care what soever . Big pharma Only cares about profit . This pharmacy needs to go away !

Inconsistent, inconsiderate, and rude. Worst pharmacy in town. The pharmacist who took my call this morning flat out hung up on me. Absolutely unprofessional.

They have you going to the pharmacy every couple days because they can’t get all the same prescriptions at the same time. They have the wrong doctors on file with the wrong prescription. They are closed from 130 to 2. We were in line at 1:25 and by the time they waited on the other person and we pulled up they just closed the window on us even though we needed painkillers while they went to lunch. Not impressive. How hard can it be to have employee cover, 1/2 hour when you have people on medication’s that go through a lot sometimes to pick them up.

First and last time using this pharmacy. The employees are nice but are obviously unsupported and overwhelmed. So far it has been 8 hours since dropping off my prescriptions for post-op medications. I had surgery this morning and this delay has resulted in 8 hours of unmanaged post-op pain and medication non-compliance. Thanks CVS.
