They used to process game meat . They no longer offer this service at all but still list ot on the website. Their staff is very rude when you come in with game meat. Will not use this business again

Took my deer in last September 2022 asked for all Breakfast sausage. I have never got my meat back. Someone has my tag and my deer breakfast sausage.

What a breath of fresh air. I had Custom Butcher & Smokehouse process 4 lambs for me and they did a wonderful job! Very professional. Not every shop knows what they're doing when it comes to lamb. I've used all the other shops around here at one time or another and I'll never use anyone else now. Reasonably priced too.To the people complaining about hair in their wild game. That's not the butcher's job. Try taking care of the meat better to keep it clean.
