Customer Service could have been waaaay better. Daniel helped me and he was just not that knowledgeable. He made false statements about different phone features. I confirmed this with some of my own research. Said he would change my phone plan to save some money, and he never did. I purchased 2 phones. He said I should come back later to activate because it would take about 50 minutes for 2 phones. I did not want to do that. And it actually was done on half that time. I have been a Customer with Cricket for over 14 years and I should have received top notch service, but I didn't.

All the staff members were very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I had a complicated situation and they were able to help quickly and confidently. When something came up that one employee knew how to do but the others didn’t, they were eager to learn. Great customer service and a great price.

Staff was helpful in finding me a phone in my price range and with features I like, but I was signed up for the protection plan without discussing it with them. I was not charged same day and did not know until it came out with my bill the next week.

Hi I was in this location and Matt helped assist me getting my phone back in order from when my grandson played after he played with it. Matt was great he took my phone I asked tons of questions he was polite thoughtful courteous and most of all he was patient with this 77 year young person who is still learning how to work this phone so thank you very much for hiring the best I appreciate it and have a great day
