I went in for help with them charging me over payment,then she said! Oh! You have to call 611, and as I was supposedly getting help,! She told me I needed to leave to call them cuz she had things to do an couldn't let the customer alone while she's doing her chores!!!!! How bout this! How bout!!?? U take care of the customers needs and concerns FIRST!! WONT TAKE BUT A SEC. FOR SUPPORT!! There are older an disabled people out thereeeeee!!!!! Freaking..CARE!! MAN!.. I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE HER A 1 STAR

The sales representative wasn't able to resolve my issue.
Calling the 611 is even worse. The language barrier is a tough hurdle to overcome.

Dillion and Kaden were very helpful with my cricket phone. They worked on it for a long time trying to fix our problem. Unfortunately the iPads they were using would not connect.

Customer Service could have been waaaay better. Daniel helped me and he was just not that knowledgeable. He made false statements about different phone features. I confirmed this with some of my own research. Said he would change my phone plan to save some money, and he never did. I purchased 2 phones. He said I should come back later to activate because it would take about 50 minutes for 2 phones. I did not want to do that. And it actually was done on half that time. I have been a Customer with Cricket for over 14 years and I should have received top notch service, but I didn't.
