The employees here amazing and they always answer the phone when I call! They're always friendly and helpful and get my problems solved! I am part of the acp benefit and love the fact that I do not have a phone bill makes my life extremely simple and less stressful! Thank you cricket wireless for being great!!!

We had recently switched to Cricket from another carrier, and at first our phones didn't transfer properly. We went in again and Taylor the manager was amazing. He helped us and made sure our phones were up and running before we left. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to fix our phones and get them going.Highly recommend this location. Taylor and his team are awesome.

Joshua was fantastic. We were going to move to another carrier because my plan I had was so expensive. He explained everything to me and fixed the mistake (made by a different location) that made my plan so expensive. I walked out with 3 lines for less money than I was originally paying for 2 lines! He knows his stuff and was supper helpful! Thank you Joshua! You are the best! I will most definitely go back to this location in the future!

Josh was rude and unprofessional. He barely helped me with my first phone, and when I asked him to help me with my new second phone, I noticed it needed charged. I plugged it in while he waited on another customer, and he let me know that they were "not a charging station." I told him I had never had such a rude experience that was so unaccommodating. I went to my car, and I charged my phone, and I drove to another Cricket store and got great help from the Milwaukee Street Cricket

Sold me a defective phone. Found an excuse not to replace it. Had no problem sending me to Metro. Seems like they don't care who they working for, it's just a paycheck to them. In the end I'm glad I switched. Phones are better quality nextdoor.

I am a technological moron. Taylor, the manager made it super easy and pleasant to buy a new phone, that was in my budget, and he transferred everything over to it without passwords that I didn't have. No struggle at all. I very much recommend this location and if you can, have Taylor help you out. On a side note, he put a customer that was rude to me, pushing in front of me, in his place. I was very impressed.
