Long wait. Did not know how to fix problem with My phone. Was told it's a cheap phone & you get what you pay for. 1 Year old phone. Does not work in downtown Boise & location says I am in Utah.

The employees here amazing and they always answer the phone when I call! They're always friendly and helpful and get my problems solved! I am part of the acp benefit and love the fact that I do not have a phone bill makes my life extremely simple and less stressful! Thank you cricket wireless for being great!!!

We had recently switched to Cricket from another carrier, and at first our phones didn't transfer properly. We went in again and Taylor the manager was amazing. He helped us and made sure our phones were up and running before we left. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do to fix our phones and get them going.Highly recommend this location. Taylor and his team are awesome.
