Our general contractor, Point Roofing, hired Covertech to replace a patio cover for us. The product is wonderful, and the people seemed great. However, from day one, all three seams and one of the gutters leaked. I have documented 37 points of contact with Covertech staff that have not resulted in our patio cover being fixed. The general contractor has attempted to get them to respond with no results. I have emailed Rich repeatedly, and have recorded some responses from him with no results. One of his responses direct me to just “clean” a table that was completely ruined from water damage. I texted the installer Nick over and over, sometimes with response and sometimes not. He came out and would re-caulk, but nothing was ever truly repaired. I have kept track meticulously of every call, text, email, photo and video, and our general contractor has tried to support us. It has been over two years, and they have not finished the cover. Everything leaks, and it accumulates mold. The general contractor has photographs and videos of the areas that leak, the filth that accumulates where the water runs, and the ruined piece of furniture. Both myself and the general contractor have forwarded this information to Covertech. The general contractor has copies of my emails with Rich and this information has been provided by them as well. I have never left a negative review in my life, but I don’t want to see this happen to anyone else. We have never been so mistreated by a company, and would strongly encourage you to avoid them.

We had our pergola installed first. It is fantastic, just the right amount of shade and the color is perfect. Workmanship outstanding, great company to have work done by. Now our patio has been coated with texture and color we are finally enjoying our backyard. Covertech's employees go above and beyond to make sure your happy.

Awesome company from start to finish. Aside from a week delay during install (installer went on vacation, which was okay - I’m not going to be upset by a hard-working guy like Josh taking a vacation) and the wrong color panels being ordered (which happened to line up with the installer’s vacation), everything went well. The final product meets all my expectations and looks great! Recommend this company.

After a lot of research, we chose CoverTech to put up a solid, insulated roof on our pergola, and to add an additional section of covered patio to our south-facing home. Rich came out and did an excellent job of problem solving with us, as we considered how best to combine these two areas. He gave us an estimate, we signed the contract, and as of yesterday, our patio area is complete and we are thrilled with the results! The installer we had, Alex, is a true artist and a perfectionist!! That is definitely a winning combination!! He worked so hard and efficiently, we started feeling guilty! But what we appreciated most was that he treated our home like it was his own. Example? We had paid big bucks to have a paver path to our patio area installed just last November. One of the new posts was supposed to be installed on top of the pavers. Instead of cutting through the pavers in a big circle and dig a hole in which to place the post, Alex instead carefully removed each paver and set them aside (which took almost an hour!) and then after the post was installed, he carefully cut those pavers to fit and replaced them back around the post, (which took another hour) thereby saving the aesthetic of the entire path! We are now Alex’s biggest fans! We truly appreciate his craftsmanship and his willingness to go that extra mile to make our patio installation a TRUE home improvement!!

Had our existing patio cover raised a few feet higher and added a pergola. It looks good and we are happy with it.

CoverTech did a wonderful job installing our Pergola. They matched everthing perfectly - paint color, stucco! It turned out great and only wished we would have done it years ago.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. It's a good thing my husband was home during install. We specifically requested electrical panels so we could install lights and a fan at a later date with our own electrician. The company sent 1 installer for the job. My husband started asking questions to the installer and found out that there were no electrical panels. We had the installer stop what he was doing and we called and spoke with the owner. The owner told us that they don't use those panels anymore and haven't for years which was a lie. The installer had just installed some on a job the week prior. After more than one phone call and argument with the owner he finally agreed to order the panels. A month and a half after the job was started its finally finished. The panels don't match, half look like they have wood grain and half are solid but at least they are all white. Oh they also send the bill out the day they start the job, because I received it next day. I was belittled and accused of trying to screw him over all because I wanted specific electrical panels that I was paying for.

Covertech and Rich do a great job and have excellent service! We loved everything they did for us 4 years ago, we are having them do it all over again in a new home. I had called several patio companies, and no one understood what I wanted until I found Rich. He helped design the perfect patio for me. Any time I had an issue with my louvres, they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. I believe they are a reliable company with quality service and quality products. I can't wait for our new patio to be finished this fall. Highly recommend.

Everyone at CoverTech was very nice to work with. Rich was there for all of our questions and did a great job coordinating everything and keeping us informed. He gave us ideas for our cover which ultimately left us with a patio cover that exceeded our expectations. If you need a quality patio cover built by people who are very good at what they do this is the place that will ultimately leave you very satisfied!

Hired Covertech to install a pergola for our pack patio. Jimmy did a great job with the estimate and installation. It was completed in a very quick time, on budget, and seems to be of very high quality. Highly recommended.

The installers were exceptional and had a real pride of workmanship! They were considerate of our property, and were very diligent in cleaning up after themselves. They also communicated very clearly what they were doing and when they would complete the work. They were highly professional and very respectful! To top it all off, CoverTech gave us the lowest quote over the other competitors. I would highly recommend CoverTech!!!

Rich and the crew at CoverTech did a excellent job. Rich took the time to discuss all the options that were available and what would work best with our home. The insulated patio cover and shade we chose looks great and we can really enjoy our backyard now.
