We come from Alaska and it's traditional we change tires for the season and after 4 years of use or earlier we buy new ones. We bought winter tires in Costco as they carry the brand we like and the price online was the best deal for members. Ordering on line was simple enough but getting an appointment to have them installed was difficult due to the high volume of customers, we had almost a 2 weeks waiting. Personnel is friendly and professional. Be aware if you want your old tires to ask ahead to keep them or the bill will include a few to discharge them. Also they will leave a card indicating you need to take the car back to re tight the bolts after a week, well, with how difficult was to get an appointment to get them installed we rather did it ourselves and sure enough they were loose for the most part. Makes me wonder about people who doesn't have resources or strength, better don't drive until you get that appointment to tight the bolts on your new tires.

Good luck getting the phone to be answered so if you need to ask any questions or if you need any help. This is ridiculous because one may not be able to go to the store to try to figure out if they have your tire and what the price is like. Basically the idea is to try to drag you there which is good if you are 80 and no job at all

The customer service is exceptional like you would expect from Costco and they go above to make sure the customer is taken care of. The only downfall is that they do get busy and sometimes you will have to schedule an appointment a week or two in advance.
