Costco is THE BEST for your Rx. People make the difference; the insurance carrier's select Pharm. are staffed with minimally educated who really don't care. Never try to discuss generic equivalents!Costco has GREAT prices and service, but can get very busy (slow) at times. Ask staff when they are the most & least busy. You'll wait a small fraction of the time.

Other than the fact that I drop $200 every time I walk in, I love Costco! I only re-joined a couple of years ago because of that, but I am loving the quality of the food! You do get what you pay for. Their breakfast sausage, roasted red pepper soup, bagels, cheese, and frozen items keep me coming back. The chicken alfredo is awesomely great. The pharmacy staff are always going out of their way whenever there's a hiccup with insurance or the doctor's order. The optometry and hearing aid centers are great too.

If you are looking for a soft brush car wash, this is not it. It bent my front license plate, and, worse, it ripped out one of the rubber roof straps on my RAV4. I tried to press it back in. I hope it stays.

One of the perks of being a Costco member and shopping at the Boise store is the car wash. I only wish they had vacuums, too.

After purchasing gas from the gas pump here, my husband and I saw that this Costco location has a car wash. We have only used the car wash feature at another Costco in California years ago and thought it was great. Since we were on a long road trip from California, my husband's truck was really dirty and in need of a wash. So we figured why not try the car wash here. For only $7.99, my husband bought the car wash while he pumped he gas and then showed his receipt to the employee at the entrance of the car wash and we sat back and watched the show (suds, water, etc). After a short ride, my husband's car was much cleaner than it was prior. Surprisingly much dryer than expected. And no scratches, although other Yelp members had mentioned that they found scratches on their car (we made sure to inspect my husband's car afterwards after seeing the reviews). Overall, this car wash was great at getting a lot of dead bugs off my husband's windshield and car grill.

After using the Boise Costco car wash in mid March 2021, I noticed several paint scratches and one deep scratch along the driver door of my 2015 Nissan Frontier. The scratch marks were in line with each other and consistent with the roller type brush that are in use by the Costco car wash. The vehicle in front of me had their roof rack torn off. I complained to the manager and we filled out some damage claim paperwork that gets submitted for third party review; I also requested videos from the gas station and car wash but was informed that the cameras would not be able to see that fine of detail. Three days after submitting the paperwork, I get a call for a verbal statement to add to my written statement by the third party reviewer. Two weeks later, I get a call stating that Costco was not at fault. I've been a loyal Costco fan for years and shop there almost weekly. This situation is super frustrating and I suggest you use a different car wash with brushless technology. I was extremely disappointed at how Costco handled the situation. I just wanted to vent and share my experience.

I've never had any problems with the pharmacy until today i had called about 2 hours before going in and asked them to cut down my pills from 60 to 30 pills to cut the price in half because they wanted $80 for 60 pills when it's normally about $25 so the guy who answered said no problem it will be done by the time u get here so i get there and the cashier named Suzanne helps me and it's still the same $80 so i said can you please cut them in half i had called hours ago and it was suppose to be changed and ready by now and she just looked at me like im crazy like it was a hard requestcand proceeded to Try taking me into buying the 60 i said 3 times i don't have 80$ that's why i need them cut in half to cut the price in half and she then asked to to step aside to help other ppl and said it would take only about 10 minutes....then after 35 minutes she had helped about 16 people and i noticed she kept just looking at me so i went to the other cashier named emily g. And apparently the pills had been sitting there ready the whole time just suzanne decided not to help me and made me wait she was very rude i am thinking about changing pharmacys and I've been coming here for years what if it was a life or death situation and i needed the medicine now and she just takes it upon herself to mess with peoples time and lives she shouldn't be working there period I'm very unhappy that was completely unnecessary
