The team that came out to do my cleanup after my water heater leaked was efficient and communicative and hard-working and friendly. They were very knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend complete restoration services in the future.

We used CRS for a large water damage claim we had in our master bedroom. Obviously any water damage is no fun to deal with. However, I feel like the whole 7 month process was much more difficult than necessary. Yes, you read that correctly, it took 7 months to complete the project. (Partially because they attempted to overcharge our insurance. So they ended up negotiating for weeks before the repairs even started.)
Even after the completion we have had to have the tile guys back several times to fix different issues. I reached out to CRS a couple weeks ago because the last time the tiles guys came to repair a crack in the brand new tile they left 2 chips in the tile… CRS never responded.
I would definitely not recommend.

Everyone at CRS and their contractors were excellent they did an awesome job and very friendly and respectful. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Great service they dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. That was a huge load of my back. Love my new kitchen dining room and entry.

Poor quality of work. Everything that they and their subcontractors did had to be re-done. Will not stand behind their work.
Recommend using another restoration company.

Had a sprinkler break and flooded our crawl base. Showed up as scheduled and took care of us. Nice people ,I recommended!

When Shawn came out to inspect for water damage, he determined that the damage was minimal And would not require any drying services. He even went as far as to put us in touch with a roofer that was able to make the repair the same day! It’s nice to know that there are still honest and helpful companies out there!

We had water overflow throughout an upstairs bathroom. Sean and his colleague come out and were at our house 45 minutes after we called to check on it. Sean used various tools and a moisture meter to survey the situation, advising us in a professional manner. It was a relief to be in good hands and have such fast service!

This is by far the BEST company out there! A big thank you to Sarah and Adam today for coming to check our crawl space and replace batteries in the moisture sensors! Marcos and his crew Ryan, James, & George were so helpful and prompt. I am so grateful for the attention to detail they gave me. This was a job that was caused by a faulty installation of solar panels. Ryan went to bat for us and got the ball rolling quickly for us. The dry out took about 5 days and they were very good to work with me on my schedule and time. Thanks guys I appreciate all of your help. Now on to the next step.
