Love this place! My husband has had multiple surgeries and appointments over the last few months. We love in Nyssa. So when we have surgery or early appointments we stay here. Rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast is amazing!Rooms: Very nice

This hotel is old dirty and creepy. When we walked in about 7pm a homeless person jumped out of the bushes and followed us in and slept on the floor in the hotel. Also they must let the homeless live in the hotel rooms. We had a non smoking room that clearly had been smoked in. I can’t even tell you how gross these rooms are!!! We had 3 rooms and 3 different couples.

Got in at 12:30, not even checked in until 1 am. Thought everything was fine so as I’m ready to sleep I try to pop on the heat. The whole unit doesn’t work. You can see the outlet has melted plastic and black stuff allOver it. It was 2 am, went to bed and woke up freezing. The shower violently pulsates and shakes the whole bathroom, like a sprinkler but louder. Asked for a discount and they refused. Go stay somewhere else.

Chose this hotel because they had an arrangement with a separate bedroom off to the side of the main room. Staff was very kind, let us check in early, but there was a hair in the shower, the shampoo and conditioner were completely empty, and the toilet seat was very loose. Shout out to the kind staff but cleanliness is most important when it comes to a hotel room.

Never got to see the room. Made a reservation online, requested an early check in for after my early morning flight. Rude desk person and manager caused me to cancel my reservation the day of. Moved down the road to a much friendlier hotel.

The hotel is clean and fresh. The room and the bed and pillows are comfortable. We missed out on the complimentary breakfast because we had to be at the airport so early the next morning. This hotel is only 1 mile from the airport, so it is really convenient.

Man, I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Workers were absolutely horrible to me and my friends. We booked a room and their were some "complications" so we couldn't get our room. They told us we could get refunded through the "3rd party". Refused to give us the number to the 3rd party after asking multiple times and finally after multiple phone calls they gave us the 3rd party number and we got a refund. Trust me when I say go somewhere else and save yourself the time!!!!

They lied about the rate. The reception person the rate included the fees and taxes but when we checked out they charged for the fees and taxes. They lied about the temperature of the pool. When I complained they said I booked through a third party they told me complain to the third party when it was booked by the reception person. Don't trust them.David L

Great service from Isabel at the front desk! Very professional and accommodating. The rooms are clean and nice and parking feels safe. I left the "rooms" at 4 star because the toilet seat made a lot of noise as its not secured to the floor.. it was strange. Otherwise, great hotel!

Was scheduled to stay at this location 30 days for work. They could not accommodate. Rooms have a moldy, foot smell. No cell service in the hotel. Laundry room is out of service. The man who works the front desk in a wheelchair is extremely rude and unwelcoming.

Look folks, this place is not the Taj Mahal. The hotel could use some upkeep, updates, and improvements. It’s not a place for a stay over a few days. It’s not the cleanest or most comfy hotel I’ve ever stayed in, but for one night it worked. The continental breakfast is decent, and the staff is very polite and accommodating so I appreciated that.

Our first room was crawling with ants and there were dead bugs on the floor. We asked to switch rooms. The second room was DISGUSTING, and the beds in the new room were full-size beds, even though I paid for queens. There was dirt and grime all over the walls, dirty, greasy handprints on the windows, eyelashes on the bedding, nothing clean or welcoming about this room whatsoever. To top off my experience, I was sitting on the couch in the lobby. I have neuropathy in my feet, and when I sit with my legs down for very long, they start to burn. I took my shoes off, tucked one foot under me and had the other beside me. A man bringing coffee to the lobby stopped in the middle of the room and reprimanded me in front of two other staff members and a guest, telling me to get my feet off the couch. I was humiliated, and this coming from a man who runs a hotel whose curtains look like they've been used as napkins for decades, if indeed he even runs this establishment. Maybe he just felt the need for a little power trip and used a paying guest for an outlet. Never, ever again.

Had a great experience here. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good! Only downsides were one of our beds felt like it had a sunken mattress (still sleepable) and the shower drain was very slow. But nothing that would make is not stay there again.

If I could give zero stars to this business- I would! We stayed at the Comfort Inn at 2906 Vista Ave, Boise, ID. Our room’s light fixtures were falling out of the ceiling, the toilet was not secured down, the sink faucet was not secured down, no ice for the five days we were there, and room service was only available after your third night. We were there with our club soccer team and our experience seemed to be the norm for all of us; our coach even switched hotels.We noticed that we had been charged double and went to the front desk. We were told the manager would be able to help us at 8:00 the next morning. We checked back as we were checking out at 8:00 on Tuesday, June 27. The manager was not there. The woman helping us told us that Omar (the manager) would give us a call and fix the charges. I called back that same day around 3:30 and Omar said he took care of it. Next day (we stayed at a much better hotel) we checked and we had ANOTHER 3 days charged to our account. This is now totaling about $2,000 in charges for nights we didn’t stay there.My husband has reached out numerous times and no response until today 6/29/23. They have supposedly reversed the charges, but that doesn’t help me when I now have thousands of dollars being tied up by them. They said it will take 7-10 business days for it to hit our account. It seems as though they were trying to take our money and hoped we would not notice.
