Came here last night 2/6/19 and when I went in to order the first thing I noticed were a few of the employees had regular clothes on (no McDonald's uniform) that struck odd to me. The cashier had giant headphones on and looked like he walked in off the street and started taking orders. I ordered 3 chocolate shakes (and normally) you get straws but I had to ask and she didn't seem too happy that I asked for them. Then when I got home (literally 1 minute drive) my fries were soggy and cold. If I were the owner/franchise I would be VERY embarrassed by the employees and a few of them would be in big trouble. Very unprofessional. Also the hygiene of some of the employees working up front was concerning. Please fix this!! The morning crew is way different.

Mickey D's has been an American institution for longer than I've been alive. They've evolved and changed over the decades and are not as healthy as they were when I was growing up but that's sadly due to factory farming and GMOs, but I'm getting off track. I don't know if there's an American alive that's never eaten at a McDonald's and most of us are very familiar with their menu. This particular location is a Gemini or bipolar I think because it presents one face in the daytime and one face in the evening. What I do know is I stop every morning and get a large iced tea with lemon and generally a sandwich of some sort and head to work. I get great service in a timely manner. Leigh at the window is just the nicest guy you'll ever want to know and everyone their smiles and is warm and friendly. They never mess up my orders and make me very happy. Upon occasion I'll get a craving in the evening for an ice cream or something like a order of fries. McDonald's is really close so I just run down the road and hit the drive-thru. Mr. Hyde is in control in the evening and loves wreaking havoc. Ice cream machine broken or down, waits of 30 minutes for a small order, messed up orders, no apologies half empty french fries you name it. The crazy thing is is the guy that is managing many nights is awesome. I think there's Gremlins because once the sun goes down Mickey D's changes faces... Still I love my McD's. When I was growing up they used to have a sign that said how many they'd served. Wonder how many they've served now?

Best service staff is friendly and nice every time and the frys are always fresh and the food is delicious and neat!!!

This is the slowest McDonald's in town. Each time I've visited this place of business I've waited an extremely long time to get my meal. I work maybe five minutes away and usually frequent this place during my lunch time which is only 30mins. I never have an unusual order just Big Mac no pickle. I've been here three times and each time I still had pickle on my Big Mac. This McDonald's is connected to a chevron gas station so it's ideal to stop and get what you need from both places but the wait time is just a killer. I won't be returning to this location again.

I just left this location of McDonald's. After traveling to Alabama, Georgia and back home to Idaho my bread had gone bad so I went to this drive-through. It was great, I mean great. I am shocked by some of the previous reviews but maybe because of them the quality has improved immensely. I went through the drive through and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese biscuit with grape jam. It was ready for me before I even got to the window and was served with a smile. When I got home I opened it and started to eat it. The biscuit was better than any I've ever made and I was a short order cook in Rutledge Georgia preparing over dozens of buttermilk biscuits every morning. It was soft warm but had the wonderful Crisp edges that makes it scrumptious. The bacon was perfectly crisp and egg was done to perfection. I have to say this restaurant exceeded my expectations. After having an inedible meal at Denny's last night (see review) I would go to this McDonald's every day and all day for breakfast. Great job

Gross. Even for McDonalds every time I seem to come to this location the food is absolutely terrible! Never fresh fries. Burgers always seem a little cold. Last time I ever come to this location is today.

I've been here several times and usually it's ok. But 2 different times (with 2 different people) they've cut me off while ordering, assuming I'm only ordering that one thing. I got what my boyfriend wanted but went somewhere else to get my food.
