The Milwaukee location in Boise is really helpful and always cheerful. I have never had a problem at any of the branches and the employees are always willing to go out of the way. I was collecting $2 bills for my granddaughter and they were happy to check if they had any and they traded me the 2 they had for 4 $1s.

Chase knocked it out of the park with service. I needed to open a checking account and the person who helped me had overheard and jumped right in to make the process extremely fast and easy. Really great customer service and a really nice person.

Very friendly and helpful tellers. I just moved to Boise and this bank is a little out odd the way but worth the detour. I am always created with a smile and an attitude of helpfulness.
