Big Ben was incredible! We put in an inquiry to receive more information and he called us the very next day. My father and I recently relocated to Boise and didn’t have any furniture. We went down to the store and Ben took incredible care of us and made the process of getting furniture easy and smooth. Felt like talking to friend and not a salesman. Go see Big Ben. He’s incredible!

I have been a repeat customer for years! Always a great experience! This time Ben had great customer service and got me into a set that is great. Josh and Charlie delivered the couches and were amazing! They had their work cut out for them getting the couch in but made it happen! Not one time did they give up, they wanted to make sure I got what I ordered. Having an older house and dumb door setups they found a way to make it happen. I really appreciate their hard work and tenacity to get the job done!

WOW!! Chris, Ben and Charlie were so amazing. Very detailed, talked through everything and worked with our budget. Honestly it was just a great experience and highly recommend. Come see them at the Boise location.

This was my first time ever renting furniture & I wasn't sure if a short term rental was possible. I received excellent customer service from the Central R2O staff. They had exactly what I needed, for the time frame I needed & at a very reasonable rate. Matthew & Joshua delivered the bed at the time I asked for & set it up in no time flat. They even called me ahead of time to let me know they were on their way. I couldn't be happier with my experience & will definitely call them in the future if the need arises.
