“We've used Dillabaugh's for several issues over the past few years, including new carpeting and refinishing of wood floors. Our experiences with them have been uniformly excellent. So when a large window blind in our home began to malfunction, I was happy to see Dillabaugh's listed as a distributor for that brand. I stopped into Dillabaugh's, and explained what I needed. I was given the card of one of their Window Covering Specialists: Aaron Tabor. That evening I emailed Aaron explaining my blinds issue. I heard back from him almost immediately. We were able to set up an appointment for him to come out to my house and take a look at the troublesome blind within two days. Aaron came out this afternoon. He could not have been more professional and friendly! He took down the blind, opened it up, and patiently explained to and showed me what structures inside the blind mechanism had failed. He then gave me a couple of options of addressing the issue, one of which we were able to do then and there. The blind now works great! While he was here, I asked him about one other window covering issue I had. He took a look, and told how it was likely that I could correct this myself. He gave me great instructions on how to access that blind's mechanism to do so. In short, Aaron Tabor represented exactly the kind of repair specialist you'd hope to have when needed.
