“I have an older vehicle that was "lived in" by its previous owner with years of build up. The car detail came out better than I thought possible and the upholstery is now spotless!! Excellent value for the interior clean, great customer service, and they picked up my car from work - and returned it. Highly recommend their services!”

Great wash job.
Just avoid ten mile McMillan location. Their machines are on , hyper steroid power. If you have a roll up tonneau cover, it will pop I'll it open and fill your truck bed with water.
The machines beat your vehicle up. All other locations are great”

I especially appreciate that they are right next to the airport as I travel a lot for business and pleasure. Every trip I drop my car off with them for a detail. They are kind enough to take me to the airport, drop me off, and then pick me up when I return. Talk about a CONCIERGE Service. Plus when I get home my car looks, feels and smells amazing! Plus, I didn't have to pay for airport parking ;)”

“I've been coming here 2-3 times a month for the last 10 years. Spending on average 20 dollars a visit. No more, they raised the prices with the new ownership. We're all feeling this economy. However, water and power cost did not double like your prices have.
EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE:
When ownership changed, you increased the price for the self-service bays. I typically spend 30 minutes washing my truck. And then 15 vacuuming. (As often as 3 times a month) Under your ownership, the cost to do that has doubled. Make it cost effect for people who like to detail their car (maybe a membership for self-service bay use), and you'll continue to get my money. Cheers.”

Never try to discuss generic equivalents!Costco has GREAT prices and service, but can get very busy (slow) at times. Ask staff when they are the most & least busy. You'll wait a small fraction of the time.”

“Nice and simple nobody asking for your credit card or if you want a month to month service so they can scratch your paint all up.... for about $8 bucks I was able to pressure wash and apply a protective coat as well as clean the engine bay. Best part was there bays were really clean so there wasn't all that gunk kicking back up onto the car. Thanks!”
“I got my car detailed today and he did an amazing job. My car was borderline a nightmare, I bought it used. Drove it for months without cleaning it before I brought it in. AND power steering fluid spilt all over the floor in the back seat.
When I saw the results I was shocked honestly, my car was almost unrecognizable. It looked brand new, and smelled amazing. He even tried is best to clean up the power steering fluid for me.
Definitely worth the money and he'll be my go-to when I need a detail.”

“After purchasing gas from the gas pump here, my husband and I saw that this Costco location has a car wash. We have only used the car wash feature at another Costco in California years ago and thought it was great. Since we were on a long road trip from California, my husband's truck was really dirty and in need of a wash. So we figured why not try the car wash here. For only $7.99, my husband bought the car wash while he pumped he gas and then showed his receipt to the employee at the entrance of the car wash and we sat back and watched the show (suds, water, etc). After a short ride, my husband's car was much cleaner than it was prior. Surprisingly much dryer than expected. And no scratches, although other Yelp members had mentioned that they found scratches on their car (we made sure to inspect my husband's car afterwards after seeing the reviews). Overall, this car wash was great at getting a lot of dead bugs off my husband's windshield and car grill.”

He sent me my money with an air freshener!! I was totally amazed!

“This is a chain of car washes that actually stretches to other states. I have had nothing but great service and the staff must be trained in customer relations as they are always smiling and they wave when my car is moving from the entrance as well as into the car wash. They have really good vacuum’s here that is always free to use. They are conveniently located so it’s easy and out when you’re finished.”
“Best bang for your buck..!!!! 1.25 for the first 3 minutes.. .75 for the vacuum and it lasts forever.. I can do my whole car, small 4-door sedan before the time runs out on that vacuum one time..😉ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜ðŸ˜‰ðŸ˜Ž And when I use the spot-free rinse there's actually spot-free rinse in it.. the tire cleaner actually has Tire cleaner in it... unlike a lot of other car washes on the bench. love it.. love it.. love it....!!!!!!”

“I am so impressed with the staff at this location! So today I filled up my tank and purchased a deluxe car wash. While I was inside the car wash and just about to exit as the wash was ending my car died right there! I told Trevor the situation and they had to shut down the car wash until my tow truck driver came, which was a couple of hours. While waiting Trevor and his Manager, a very nice lady actually helped push my car out of the carwash to a safe place where it could be easily towed. I can't tell you how kind the staff was, and how I felt terrible about the fact that they didn't have a car wash. I waited inside in the air conditioned store until my driver finally arrived. Highly recommend this place, the staff are the best! Violet Iacovelli”

“Great place. I searched through reviews for self service car washes in the area, and this looked like the best one. I was not disappointed. I did not use the card reader as those seem unreliable in general. I stopped and got a roll of quarters before I went. The system worked perfectly. There was an attendant working in the stall next to mine. When I was done and about to pull out, he stopped in front of my car and called me over. He pointed out a piece of plastic under my car that was dragging on the ground. Looked like it was held on by one screw. He ran and got me a pair of pliers and I was able to remove the piece. Rare to find that kind of caring as he could have easily not bothered to say anything. I’ll be back next time I’m in town.”
