“When we picked it up, the car was filthy, which is very unlike National, and was disappointing. The attendant was very accommodating and made it right by providing a partial refund, which we very much appreciate.”

“The drivers were exemplary in everything that they did the night that I was feeling really miserable. They were professional, knew exactly what they were doing, very very considerate overall FANTASTIC!!!!!! They escorted me all the way to my chair and made sure I was safely seated. My husband and I ordered a pizza party for the gang at 3604 Banner Ave in Boise for tomorrow. We figured all employees were equally wonderful! THANK YOU!!!!!”
“Out of all the rentals I have done this location was the best. The vehicle was ready when we arrived and the process was as it should be; simple and easy. The attendant was very professional and polite.
We did end up with a nail in a tire on the way back to Boise. I pointed it out to the return attendants. I was worried they wouldn’t take it seriously and just let the next person who rented deal with it, but to my relief the attendant marked the window with the issue. Pretty confident they will get it fixed.”

“I would rent from here again.
I bought a new Jeep that needed services next door. I made an appointment to pick up the rental. Although they were busy, they were quick with each group. Jordan helped me in the beginning. I let him know my line of work and he found a vehicle that had a little more height than what my original reservation was for. That was very kind of him and he didn't need to do that; but he did. THANK YOU! I only told him because I was worried about how many miles I'd be putting on it driving from site to site. I had to extend my rental length because my Jeep wasn't done after a week. I called in and spoke with a lady, it was quick and easy. Returning my vehicle I had a friendly, tall, gentleman check it back in. He was fast and enterprise provided a wonderful experience despite having a frustrating time next door.”

“Arrived after midnight into Boise from Tampa Florida. Got in line and was greeted by Martha. She was my first impression of Boise Idaho and I must say, wow ! Martha was so sweet and kind, processed my rental quickly while making genuine kind and caring conversation with me. I got a super nice SUV at a great rate, but even better, I got excellent customer service. Because of Martha, I will be a returning customer for all my car rental needs. Thank you Budget!!!”
“My wife and mother flew into Las Vegas on November 4th and we got there at 2:45 pm and went down stairs to pick up our car. We were standing in line waiting to get our car then this woman came over and got the employee's face and started yelling at her she did not deserve that and I thought she handel it well. Bit other wise even after all she went through she was still good to my wife and I. I did not get the employees name but she was great.”
