I wanted to send my momma flowers for her birthday since she’s 7 hours away from me - within 2 hours of placing my order, this beautiful arrangement was at her door! 5 stars given for the flower quality, ease of placing an online order, having several options to choose from, same day (and speedy!) delivery, and the pricing is so affordable given the outstanding service and quality! Highly recommend

I am seeing someone new and realized I only had vague details of their location within a larger organization. I'd even entered a few details incorrectly on the online form. I was given a call the morning of the delivery and Capital City clarified all of the details and made sure it got to the person I'm seeing. I deeply appreciate them going above and beyond to make a special moment happen. On top of that the arrangement was beautiful and still looks great several days later.

I love Rick and his whole business! We have been friends for years and he loved my mom as a fellow florist! Rick, you never fail to have time for me and this time, my wife! This is where all of Boise should have their floral needs fulfilled!

This is the best flowerest in Boise! We have ordered from them a lot and love the arrangements they put together. I even had an arrangement that didn’t last due to the condition of the salon and they made me a beautiful replacement. The owner is very friendly and runs a great business! If you want your partner to be happy order from them. They won’t let you down. It is pricey but everything is and you get what you pay for. I own my own business and my costs have gone up 3 times as before covid. So there’s has too. Highly recommend them!Update went back to capital after getting orchids from my bf. I told him to get it at capital but, men think they know best and he got me three orchid from a nursery which died within weeks. Super disappointing, so I went and bought an orchid for myself from capital Florist, because there is a best and you get what you pay for. Rick and the rest of the staff are a pleasure to deal with.

Canceled my order. Why put it as an option if you are just going to cancel it after I got a confirmation? Very disappointing. Now I’m in a mad scramble to try and not let two kids down for prom. Thanks a lot. I will not be ordering from you again

For the opening of my showroom, my sister from Boston ordered 2 huge peace lilies from Capital City and I LOVE them. They arrived on time and the plants are beautiful and doing so well!!!Thank you So much!! Highly recommend!!!

We contacted Capital Florist after being highly recommended by another local florist who could not asist us with a week-end request. Not only were they super responsive and happy to help, they also met our budget, flower/color choices and timeline. When we picked-up our bouquet, it went far above our expectations - so beautifully and artfully done with a mix of accents and details. The matching buttoneer was equally as detailed and tastefully matched the bouquet. I'll be using them in future, they are top notch with impeccable customer service as well.

I cannot thank Capital City Florist enough! I called them 10 days before Christmas because I needed to have a Wreath delivered to my husbands Grandma. I had ordered one from a national company and it got lost in transit. Capital City was Incredible to work with. Not only were they able to deliver the Wreath same day, but they knew the rules for the Care Facility and helped make sure that we sent the right kind of Wreath! I live out of state and they took the time to describe different wreaths available, and helped in my decision! I can’t say enough good things about their Customer Service! Grandma Loves her Wreath, and I certainly couldn’t have done it without them! Merry Christmas to Capital City Florist, you are my Christmas Miracle!

Flowers are the best here! You get a bigger bang for your buck if you let the designers choose your arrangement instead of picking a teleflora product. Your money goes more into the flowers instead of the teleflora container. Their flowers are always long lasting and well designed!

Beautiful bouquets, super quick service! ❤️I live in another state and called them a few minutes before closing to have a bouquet built for my mom's birthday the next day. They said no problem! ?I told them to make it wild and weird with scraps, off cuts and things they might need to use up... I really wanted it to be unique and they did the best job! I think it includes almost two dozen types of foliage. Beautiful, amazing and exactly what I was hoping for. Thank you for the great work, you've earned a lifetime customer. ❤️❤️❤️

Wow! I can't say enough about the wonderful service I received at Capital City Florists. The arrangement for my Mother in law was absolutely gorgeous! I called them the day before they were set to deliver it, because my MIL had an emergency that was taking her out of town on the day of the deliver. They were so gracious and delivered it the same day I called, so she was able to get them before heading out. Not only that, but they packed it up so she was able to take the flowers with her.Wonderful customer service! Thank you so much for helping us to make her Birthday special (even if it is a day early)! I will most definitely use Capital City again.
