A sales associate (Solvay???) came to our site to discuss and measure our space to give me a quote. I went through two offices with her and while we were in the second office my other appointment arrived. I excused myself to talk to him and left her to measure the space. When I returned ~10 minutes later she seemed agitated. I explained that I would be right back to finish up with her but when I returned ~5 mins later she had left the premises without an explanation.

I recently had the opportunity to work with Phil Ruebel at BII to obtain a quote for office furniture and accessories. He invited me to the showroom to view options and answer any questions. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. The follow up was consistent and, at times, immediate when I needed a fast answer. Phil is a great reflection of what this company represents. I would certainly endorse Phil and BII for your next project.

It's important to trust who you're working with. Jeff Heath is someone you can trust to do the right thing, well. It's less important, but really fun, to have a really cool showroom full of contemporary furniture (Hard to find in Boise). They have that too.

Business interiors has an incredible showroom with all the latest product. Their team is knowledgeable with the most up to date technology to plan modern spaces. Be sure to check here for all your projects Big or small. The conference room is my favorite one in town.

Business Interiors of Idaho went the extra mile to help us get great chairs for our home office. I cannot recommend them enough. We were able to walk in and try out chairs at their large downtown showroom on South Capitol, then order them. When the chairs arrived and proved to be problematic, probably due to changes in manufacturing, Mike and Solvae went to extra mile to make us satisfied customers. They allowed us to swap to another model they had in their warehouse which had the features we needed. They put out this effort for a small-time individual customer whose total order must be little more than a rounding error, given the scale of their business (they provide office furniture for big customers like Albertsons). They want to make every customer into a happy customer. I recommend them highly for all your office furniture needs, regardless of location.

I work for the Alzheimer's Association and when we were moving to a larger office BII generously donated some beautiful furniture. They were wonderful to work with and even helped us load the furniture up - in the snow! I would highly recommend working with this generously and thoughtful company.

I recently purchased a very nice Hon storage cabinet from BII and I love it! They provided great service and I got the cabinet for an awesome price considering the quality. The showroom is really nice too. It's actually accessible and in the middle of downtown and they've even got free customer parking. Great experience!
