Boots were unorganized and mismatched. Staff member complained multiple times about being at work for 6 hours and was more in the way than helpful. His response when he didn’t know the answer to questions was “I don’t know I just work here.” They have a sign in front of the register that says “lowest price guarantee and price match.” I find the exact pair online $10 bucks cheaper. They did not honor it. Will not be returning.

We buy my husbands, Ariat size 7.5 cowboy. Boots at Boot Barn. Until today. Walked it find the ones he wears and the mens size 7.5 boot section is barely over 2ft wide. I asked a sales girl, if this really was all the selection for his size. She said "yeah, we don't sell much on that size" Then she walked away. Totally dismissive. I am utterly disappointed in this store. I have never seen such a poor selection. Top it off she didn't offer any solution. Like looking ot up on line for us, which I could do myself. However as she had no concern what so ever. I will gladly spend my money else where

Really a good place sometimes they're just limited in their selection as far as sizes. They're often out of popular sizes.

Best boot barn store in Idaho... Went in to purchase a few pairs of work boots... The staff was really friendly and helpful... Store manager Sonny was very helpful and they all made sure we walked out satisfied and happy with our purchase... We'll be letting all co-workers know that the Boise store is the store to get boots.

Great selection. Found exactly what I was looking for. On top of that the service was excellent as I was greeted within 10 seconds of walking in the door. Absolutely no pressure.
